Agreed Ethin. I am guilty of holding grudges myself, but I dont make an effort to start unnecessary rumors about someone. If I dont like them, the worst youll see me do is give them about 30 warnings, and when none of them stick, I give them an indefinite block and after rambling about it to my close friend(s), I do something which is more worth my time. I dont spread rumors about them or take every opportunity I can to remind them of what they did. That doesnt help anyone. If later they want to come back and try to make amends, then they first have to show me that they wont do the types of things that got them the 30 warnings and a block in the first place. And yes I will not believe them at first. How could I?I dont understand whats so hard about being civil. I really dont. Youll unlock endless mode when youve done one of the tutorial challenges, actually youll need it to play through several challenges because some require that you buy new weapons or upgrade the ones you have, and endless mode is how you earn cash and diamonds.I thought that endless death bug had been solved in a much earlier version? Try going into the amplify effect and playing with the settings there. If you want to avoid distortion, check the dont allow clipping box and the amplify effect wont let it distort, however this may still not be loud enough. If you need louder, youll either have to distort, or use a limiter effect to maximize the volume further. The limiter works by reducing the volume of distorted bits so that they dont distort, and then raising the volume of quiet bits so that they hit maximum volume.Technoshock does need pretty loud sounds overall to sound balanced though.

Well thats the thing. Everyone who really has a complaint is already banned like me, who stood up for myself, because Im not a pushover and people will learn that extremely fast. Hi all. @Dark. Regarding refunds. I recently purchased an app that was not as accessible as Id hoped. When you buy an app from the app store, you receive an email receipt detailing your purchase. In the email, there is a link that says, Report a problem. If you click on that link, it takes you to a web page where you can submit a problem report and/or ask for a refund. I used this process for my app, and I was able to request a refund in a matter of moments. It took several days for the refund to be processed, but such is life. I agree, especially with Raygrote. Its actually nice that this topic was not one of those which turned into a flame war -- its actually got some intelligent posts, and a lot of valid points. My take is... a game is a... game. If youre banned, (and Ive been banned before), sure. Get mad about it, ramble to your best friend or keep it inside and... let it pass. Situations like that arent worth posting on the forums because the only, and the only, thing it does is cause flame wars. It brings down the developer and their game, and makes the person posting the complaint look foolish. If I get banned from games, I never even ask the Moderators for another chance--I eventually realize that my life really, isnt, that bad off without that game. I screwed up, (whether it be because I hated the people there or otherwise), and its not like thats the only audio game in the entire world anyway. Ive only b
 een banned from two multiplayer games, both of which I found less than satisfactory for certain reasons. But Ive been playing audio games for several years, and online games are no stranger to me--Swamp and RTR which I started playing more than two years ago, RS Games, top speed, death match, alter Aeon, survive the wild, and even a bit of prometheus. And though Im not one for games that require group work, Im usually good with audio multi player games. I have a jokular personality--which has gotten me in trouble before--but the thing is, most people on most games are OK with me, which is why I like those games. As for the whole Tyler thing, Ive realized something. Being involved in drama crap before, Ive experienced both sides of this situation--Ive done stupid stuff, and even had to appologize for it. Luckily it was accepted, and Ive learned from that mistake, but Ive learned a few things. Tyler might have be

Sure, hes started flame wars, said and done stupid crap, acted out of turn and immature, but havent we all? Even though I agree with the rest of you that he should step back, give it time, geet past that immature stage we all, go through, I still have an open mind. What hes done, in my opinion, wouldnt stick with him forever. He was rough in the immaturity department, but so be it. Since this thing seems to be on the hole roomer of tyler being the hacker. I thought we already came to a conclusion that tyler was not, and that that dispute was setteled off forum, where it should have stayed off the forum in the firstplace. As for people doing questionable things on dmnb. I am trying to do something about it, ive just asked my players to point out any harsh things an admin was doing, none of them said anything. I cant fix whats going rong if I dont have more information on the stuff that happens while im away, etc.

XHour registration help

Hi all,A long time ago I bought a license for XHour, which is an old game from Vip Games zone, but since then, that computer barely works and i replaced it. Ive not been able to register my game with any of my current computers. I tried to e-mail the company about this but got no response. Not sure if they didnt receive it or what.Now heres where the problem really starts. Now the game isnt even on their web site, its as if it never existed. Is this game abandonware, and if so, is there a way to register it? Id assume the answers to both of these questions are no. All the same I am a little irritated that I can no longer play this game and didnt get warning that it was pretty much whiped from the system. Perhaps I missed that message...Does anyone have any suggestions for what I should do in this case?

As communist as Dannys last post sounded, (rofl), I agree with it. I have no further comment because really, besides the admins I had trouble with and that stuff this is not, a horrible game. And the reason my post was so vague was because I, do not! Wish to bring down the reputation of this game because of troubles Im having on it. Dannys worked extremely hard, and he doesnt deserve that. Sure there were some issues between me and some admin staff, but thats no cause to tare down Danny, and thats not just because hes my friend either.

As he pointed out the buttons are programmable. If a dev wants to use the buttons as arrows they can program 4 buttons to move up, down, left, or right. That in my ipinion is quite medioker as just about every gamer is used to having arrows as either a d-pad or laptop style arrows.

God knows on the error, I have seen it myself in the earlier versions and even in s4, but it seems pretty random when it appears and I dont think Ive seen it in 1.5. However, glad you like the game. Id recommend also checking out invasion, sinse its like s5 Secession, but more so! and it has the background stories which are awsome! Secession is certainly a great game and the best formulation of the secession war weve seen thus far, but its great to see what happens later, both in terms of the galaxy and the war with the jalkath and in terms of new advancements (wait until you can command a carrier ship and have your bomber squardrens lambast the enemy with constant missiles! Its almost cruel!).

It seems that only 2 admins were reported to have been causing trouble, thoughs are the 2 which ill deal with according to player reports. Now onto this hole thing about spam, which is the reason people complained at steve. Their is going to be an anti spam policy put into place. If steve cant spam eloquence tags and the like over chat, no one can. If he can, then everyone else is allowed to do so, it only makes sence. Their is a /mute command if the spam is getting on your nervs, and I dont understand why its so difficult to use it if its bothering you that much. In short if you dont want steve to do it, dont do it yourselves, does that sound like a suitable policy? Im asking to make sure it sounds fair before being put in. If using the /mute command is too much, and their is not an anti spam policy, you have 2 options. One either turn off the chat channel and talk to players over pm, or you can leave the game if its bothering you so much
  as to hinder your playing of the game.

 d, should I ever be back on the game it will be no spam because, well, no one is allowed to do it. You see, I felt like I was being attacked since others did it and yet told me not to, so what was expected? That was my only issue, really. However, I think the positivity of this game will cover up the past, eventually. It is a great game... I just wish ship prices werent so spread out. But then again, thats something that can be fixed with a 40 minute colony supply mission on a cargo frater, so thats not even that big of a deal.

I think you need to first off change the title, since youre refering specifically to pokemon so should make that clear rather than making Nintendo products accessible as a whole, which is something different. And the ps4s tts feature currently doesnt even support games, or even the ps4s system interface, only messages and group party chats. You should also mention more to do with how this will be implemented... since its not exactly wise to say cheap and cost efficient if you cant explain how much, or little, manpower is needed to make this work. And the truth is... accessible pokemon games wouldnt increase sales by that large of a margin. There are fewer blind gamers than people think. But having said all that, that was only meant as suggestions and I will of course support if this goes anywhere!

Hi, I know that probably everyone might have just tired of me wanting this, but I really really really, really want something like need for speed underground2. It is a racing game that has various modes, from drifting to dragging. It has very realistic car sounds as well. It can be played both online and offline. Unfortunately blind people can only play drag mode, which is a mode where usually the road is streight and traphic cars come the opposite way to crash you. I really liked playing this game, but unfortunately we cant hear cars as far as sighted people can see them so I often crash at high speeds which results in a game over when in drag mode.

When theres a problem on something that someone else has written, such as a game, MUD, or whatever else it could be, the admins of whatever that is lash out at the person as if they did something horribly wrong; say, they killed everyone else but them in their family. The thing Im trying to say is this. When its on a game or something else that all of you play together, and someone does something wrong, most of you admins act like theyve murdered everyone in your family and town in one night; that is, you take the situation too seriously and act before you think. You never realize the implications of what youve done u
 ntil its too late. Now, some of you on this forum act this way when your talking to someone else you dislike, although the mods are quite neutral on the situation, which is what I like. Some of you who act this way, again, take the situation too seriously and, again, act before you think, which starts a flame war because one of us (myself included) writes a disrespectful comment because our feelings take over. So, I say that next time we come to a situation like this, we think, then act. And guys, some of the grudges youve had against Tyler have gone on long enough. Its time to drop them now, and it doesnt matter if you want too or not. You wont be very good people in society if you hold grudges indefinitely against someone. Sure, Tyler mightve done some bad things, but that was no reason to ban him from STW at all, for instance! Again, Sam, for example, acted before he thought, and the memory that Tyler was a hacker overrode all other thought in his mi
 nd. This, in my opinion, is unacceptable. If you think someones something, go verify it before doing something about it.Also, I have a question for you guys. Is something you believe the truth, actually the truth? Is, for instance, Tyler a hacker if everyone says he is?Ill answer the second question for you. The answer is no. Just because you think someone is a hacker does not mean they are a hacker, but some of you (not all of you, of course) are so delusional that you, when hearing the name Tyler Chamblis or Bill Dengler you automatically think hes a hacker, even though you have not, by any means, verified your claims. Sure, everyone else says both Bill and Tyler are hackers, but does that make them so? No. Lets focus back on tyler, though. You have not, under any means, allowed Tyler to stick around long enough to hang out with the real Tyler. I have personally done so, and I can tell you that he is most definitely not
  a hacker. Of course, every time he tries to show the true Tyler, the delusional part of you automatically start attacking him, without provocation of any kind. So, a final question: what does that make you? Does that make you the person you really are? Because a note to you all, and I have taken it upon myself to understand this, too: Feelings and actions are what drive you. And for whatever reason, your anger or rage feelings override all other thought and behavior you have and automatically make you do things you would not normally do when Tyler enters the topic.

If your sound cards stereo mix isnt working, you will have to first install Virtual Audio Cable. Then, launch the audio repeater application, set the first combo box to virtual audio cable and the second one to your sound card. Tab a few times until you see an edit field with the number 500 in it, and change this value to anywhere between 50 and 100 to reduce the lag. Then tab to the start button and press it.Now, in the applications that you want to record or stream from, set their output device to virtual audio cable, and make sure the streaming software is taking the audio cable as an input device. For example if I wanted to record Winamps output, I would set Winamps output device to virtual audio cable and would set Gold Waves input to virtual audio cable so it could start recording. I dont do much streaming so Im not sure how streaming software works, but I assume it is the same, just set your stuff to output to cable and set th
 e streaming software to use the cable as input.Make sure you perform the audio repeater tasks described above, otherwise you wont be able to hear whats being sent to audio cable!I hope this helps you at least a little bit.

Try going into the amplify effect and playing with the settings there. If you want to avoid distortion, check the dont allow clipping box and the amplify effect wont let it distort, however this may still not be loud enough. If you need louder, youll either have to distort, or use a limiter effect to maximize the volume further. The liiter works by reducing the volume of distorted bits so that they dont distort, and then raising the volume to bring everything up to maximum volume.Technoshock does need pretty loud sounds overall to sound balanced though.

I am having a similar issue. When I launch either from the desktop or the steam client, the mk10 window comes up for about 5 seconds than I am returned to the desktop. It does not appear to be running in the backgroun dwhen I checked the task manager. I am running windows 8.1 64 bit on a bootcamped maxed out 2013 MacBook Pro. Not sure whats going on since other games like mk9 and ultra SF4 work fine. Dont know why MKX wouldnt run since this machine is a 2.6ghz quad core I7, 2gb NVIDIA graphics card and 16GB ram.

Hi all,A long time ago I bought a license for XHour, which is an old game from Vip Games zone, but since then, that computer barely works and i replaced it. Ive not been able to register my game with any of my current computers. I tried to e-mail the company about this but got no response. Not sure if they didnt receive it or what.Now heres where the problem really starts. Now the game isnt even on their web site, its as if it never existed. Is this game abandonware, and if so, is there a way to register it? Id assume the answers to both of these questions are no. All the same I am a little irritated that I can no longer play this game and didnt get warning that it was pretty much whiped from the system. Perhaps I missed that message...Edit: I just read that they dropped support for the game because it for the moment only supports Windows versions up to XP. Which is not true. Ive installed my old setup file on Windo
 ws 7 64 bit and the demo runs perfectly, apart from the broken virtual surround sound which is not too necessary for this game.Does anyone have any suggestions for what I should do in this case?

I agree, especially with Raygrote. Its actually nice that this topic was not one of those which turned into a flame war -- its actually got some intelligent posts, and a lot of valid points. My take is... a game is a... game. If youre banned, (and Ive been banned before), sure. Get mad about it, ramble to your best friend or keep it inside and... let it pass. Situations like that arent worth posting on the forums because the only, and the only, thing it does is cause flame wars. It brings down the developer and their game, and makes the person posting the complaint look foolish. If I get banned from games, I never even ask the Moderators for another chance--I eventually realize that my life really, isnt, that bad off without that game. I screwed up, (whether it be because I hated the people there or otherwise), and its not like thats the only audio game in the entire world anyway. And, on some of these games,
  the moderators, do not seem up for their position, refering to what Ethin said at the beginning, because Ive seen moderators lashing out on players on many! cases. Ive only been banned from two multiplayer games, both of which I found less than satisfactory for certain reasons. But Ive been playing audio games for several years, and online games are no stranger to me--Swamp and RTR which I started playing more than two years ago, RS Games, top speed, death match, alter Aeon, survive the wild, and even a bit of prometheus. And though Im not one for games that require group work, Im usually good with audio multi player games. I have a jokular personality--which has gotten me in trouble before--but the thing is, most people on most games are OK with me, which is why I like those games. As for the whole Tyler thing, Ive realized something. Being involved in drama crap before, Ive experienced both sides of this situation
 --Ive done stupid stuff, and even had to appologize for it. Luckily it was accepted, and Ive learned from that mistake, but Ive learned a few things. Tyler might have been quite a bit of a pest, I dont really know since I wasnt a game developer that dealt with his supposed suggestion spam. Even with that, though, I do think he was treated a bit harsh. Sure, hes started flame wars, said and done stupid crap, acted out of turn and immature, but havent we all? Even though I agree with the rest of you that he should step back, give it time, geet past that immature stage we all, go through, I still have an open mind. What hes done, in my opinion, wouldnt stick with him forever. He was rough in the immaturity department, but so be it. When he proves himself ready, hell be excepted into the community with open arms, at least through my eyes. The rest of you may not agree, but its just my take.

Your questions I shal answer in order to the best of my ability. 1: No idea at all, not having a braille keyboard (mines just a standard one). 2: Its a tortuous and not fun process, you need to install itunes, sink your Iphone to your computer, and then either let Itunes scan your music folders and add them to its library with its own very stupid structuring that takes no notice at all of file names or folders, or copy them directly into playlists yo create on your device which is doable but certainly not easy. Combine this with the tree interface from hell, and so many stupid functions shoved together and the hole things really not worth it imho. Personally I tried with Itunes for two years, but after the point Apple arsed up the headings ecided to sod the hole thing and bought myself a victor reader stream mp3 player instead, which just bangs streight into your usb and takes no shenanigans at all! its been so much easier! So, my personal advice is to not touch Itunes with a ten foot pole as it is the spawn of satan and failing jail breaks is the ony choice silly Apple give you, go and buy yourself a nice Usb player instead! 3: this is where the Iphone really excells, and for all my castigation of Itunes I wont deny it has both an awsome screen reader and many amazing aps you can get, including absolutely awsome games. First off Id recommend trying the looktell voiceover tutorial (go and check the database for details), sinse its a short set of interactive little games designed to teach you how to use voiceover. There are then many reat games like King of dragon pass, lost cities, star traders elite, dark room and the ensign, audio defense, pappasangre 1 and 2, the nightjar, All of the choiceofgames and hosted games titless, Solara, lost cities and probably gooddness knows how many others! there are then really useful things like the blindsquare satnav ap and
  various object and colour identification aps too, and of course people are making new stuff all the time, for example the other day I heard of the voice dream reader. not my thing but if your into reading ebooks or the like could be dam useful.So, useful aps? there are very many!

Hi all. @Dark. Regarding refunds. I recently purchased an app that was not as accessible as Id hoped. When you buy an app from the app store, you receive an email receipt detailing your purchase. In the email, there is a link that says, Report a problem. If you click on that link, it takes you to a web page where you can submit a problem and/or ask for a refund. I used this process for my app, and I was able to request a refund in a matter of moments. It took several days for the refund to be processed, but such is life. If were getting into games Ive always wanted to play, one I will have to mention is the 3D exploration platformer. It is one of my saddest memories, trying to play Marrio 64 and being unable to cope with the 3D spacial environment with my level of sight, particularly because up to then id been more than capable of handling most platformers and indeed had already played all the previous mario games on the snes, as well as games like donkey kong country and of course my favourite, super metroid.Now Mario 64 is seen as pretty primative according to what else is possible, and mario games have literally gone universal with mario galaxy. However I love the idea of a game where your just free to go everywhere and you attain items by completing little challenges, chatting to npcs, or exploring. Indeed, while were on the subject of exploration in a 3D environment another game series Ive always wished to play are the Metroid Prime games. Its
  true that unlike mario 64 these are first person shooters, however sinse in audio I dont even know if it would be possible to have a 3D third person game as opposed to a first person one it probably doesnt make a difference.One of the key aspects of something like metroid prime that I have never seen replicated in an audio game are really interactable enemiesand bosses, with different parts to target, different attacks to disable, maybe use of the environment etc, and an audio game that took advantage of this would be fantastic. Weve seen a little i something like Kirtwolf or papasangre ii, but certainly nothing major as yet.

And an interesting idea, as we all know, the map of each box are the size and trebuchet and grenade launchers such long-range weapons can attack the adjacent squares, but they are attacking the box, if we can let him attack only half of the adjacent squares, such as A2 is 9 meters and trebuchet attack only to adjacent squares 4.5 meters place, or can only attack to the adjacent squares 2 meters of place, this will more interesting.

Well, even I am becoming swayed. Finished the game (that means I got to level 100 and completed my objective) and discovered an awfully, incredibly simple way to do that. And Im sorry to say theres really nothing more left in there for me or for anyone to discover, so I fear it has 0% replay value in its current form.I understand anyone can be really very busy, and I can imagine Philip for one is with the Elias project, so thats perfectly fine. But there was like one reply from Aaron and one from Philip on this topic, saying something along the lines of We will look into the XP issue about two or three days after release, and nothing more after that, not a single word. And its been ages already.So I dont like this attitude and dont find it professional, responsible or trustworthy at all.Even a brief sentence along the lines of were not dead but will explain later would have served a thousand times 
 more good than this cold, unfriendly, almost despising seeming silence over thelast two months.Bottomline, in the future I will certainly be much more careful and considerate before deciding whether or not to purchase any of Blastbays or VGStorms titles.Lukas

BGT isnt usin the Java reference system, it is using the C++ references system (similar to AngelScript). Java always use references to handle objects, whereas BGT C++ and AngelScript give objects by copy when giving them as function parameters. Because of that, you have to use kind of pointers, or handles. There is a great difference! Any object oriented language is able to build linked list, even non object ones (the C language can use linked lists). So, yes, its just a matter of algorithm design.

While I agree with your sentiments, and I, too, was very let down by the ending, I think youre missing one important point.During the time we hoped that the devs would return to this topic and respond, there were many messages slamming them, making rude comments, and so on. I said it before, and I will say it again. If I were a developer, and I received even half of the unnecessary backlash this game got, I would throw my hands up and say, screw all of you ungrateful, entitled people.So while I do agree that its unprofessional of them to have abandoned a project that, really, should be in its infancy, I can also sympathize with how they must feel.I think that, as it stands, all of us are going to have to just sit back and let this go. Yeah, it might have been wiser to wait and see what happened before purchasing the game. But really, that may or may not have helped in the end. Hİ, if you put your music in the way that I told you, it just doesnt seperate them. It just puts it in an unknown albüme. You have to do this without folders though.

For those who havent seen this Microsoft News article, have a look over here , thus in short, the only good that a Facebook connection with Skype is good for now, is adding FB folks to your contacts, and knowing when they come offline/go online. I have no idea why a 4-year-old topic was dragged back from the dead, but it is an interesting one, so Ill add my two cents.I personally use both Esat Smart Security and Clamwin. The reason for this is that, by itself, Clamwin doesnt have real-time protection, but does do a good job with catching things if youre doing manual scans. Plus, it has a scheduler now, so if you want to forget about it and stay reasonably protected, you can do so.With Smart Security, I had read that Vipre was no longer very good, so, when my license was up this past January, I ditched it.  stand that there are a ton of circumstances in which a person might not be able to pay for an antivirus, and for us blind people, it really sucks. Were kind of caught between a rock and a hard place. You have three options: A. use Security Essentials, and know youre at risk; B. use any number of free programs, which may or may not work well, but youll never know it, because theyre not accessible; or C. shell out some cash for something like Smart Security or Nod32. The difference between the two is that Smart Security includes a firewall, which was something I personally wanted, but most end users can get by just fine with Nod32, if thats the path they choose to take.I say all of this because antivirus solutions are an ever-changing game, especially for blind folks. Whats accessible this month may very well not be with the next update of the program, and, by the same token, if you really care about the security of your computers, youll
  read the latest benchmark scores about antivirus software to see how they are rated. Certain programs tend to score consistently well, but some, like Vipre, have really fallen over sideways.I guess what Im trying to say, in this very disorganized ramble, is that you probably have to make some compromises, and try to make an informed decision if possible. Ok, so its clear that I need to make a focus system and I will probably do it. And holy crap sanslash, good idea! I could probably do that! I dont know how much it would kill gameplay so id have to see but hey its a really good idea! I will have the focusing system in the next fiew updates, and now with this new map system, we no longer get that stupid fire bug where theres a million fire tiles! Yes! I also fixed the fish bug whare sometimes it wouldnt lock hopefully. All in the next release, folks!

Well, even I am becoming swayed. Finished the game (that means I got to level 100 and completed my objective) and discovered an awfully, incredibly simple way to do that. And Im sorry to say theres really nothing more left in there for me or for anyone to discover, so I fear it has 0% replay value in its current form.I understand anyone can be really very busy, and I can imagine Philip for one is with the Elias project, so thats perfectly fine. But there was like one reply from Aaron and one from Philip on this topic, saying something along the lines of We will look into the XP issue about two or three days after release, and nothing more after that, not a single word. And its been ages already.So I dont like this attitude and dont find it professional, responsible or trustworthy at all.Even a brief sentence along the lines of were not dead but will explain later would have served a thousand times 
 more good than this cold, unfriendly, almost despising seeming silence over the last month or so.Bottomline, in the future I will certainly be much more careful and considerate before deciding whether or not to purchase any of Blastbays or VGStorms titles.I dont think a developer is obliged to anything after releasing a game just because its an audiogame. But at least elementary polite communication in response to the paying customers enquiries, and if not that, a polite, no matter how brief notice that Sorry, guys, were abandoning this, at least for now, if anything ever changes, well let you know just to avoid confusion and further expectations would be in order. Nothing more and nothing less than that is in my view necessary from a professional company. This really is not professional at all.Lukas

BGT isnt usin the Java reference system, it is using the C++ references system (similar to AngelScript). Java always use references to handle objects, whereas BGT C++ and AngelScript give objects by copy when giving them as function parameters. Because of that, you have to use kind of pointers, or handles. There is a great difference! Any object oriented language is able to build linked list, even non object ones (the C language can use linked lists). So, yes, its just a matter of algorithm design.  So Dranelement, as CAE_Jones said, you can build a linked list in about 20 lines of code, like in most other languages. Ok, so its been a while since Ive played this game, what with moving to Minnesota for the Summer and whatnot. I must say, things have changed...a lot. And I really will miss the coordinate system. Right now I feel as blind in this game as I am in real life, which is more than a little frustrating. Finding things just became a heck of a lot slower, as Im now reduced to a back-seat driver telling me imprecise directions with practically every step I take, instead of actually looking at things and knowing exactly where they are. Still, whatever. I guess I could adapt...except theres one problem. Currently, using the C key to check whats around floods you with an absolute wall of information. Waiting for my screenreader to finish reading through all the items, terrain, junk, and other stuff on the map makes it so that I effectively cant play this game. I strongly, strongly recommend, therefore, that the next thing to implement is a way to choose wha
 t we look at. The side-effect of allowing things to be built is that the map is now extremely! cluttered with all sorts of junk. In real life I can choose to focus on just one object if I wanted to, and since were going for realism here, a focusing option would help, a lot.Sorry if Im sounding a little harsh here, Sam. To be honest Im pretty frustrated at the direction this games navigation system took. Still, this is your game, and I do want to keep playing it, so Im gonna work on adapting my playing strategy accordingly. As of now though, I am, rather ironically, both totally blind and also overloaded with information, so playing has become very difficult indeed.

My first game, Term Paper!

This a text based game made in text game maker 0.63. The only reason its called Term Paper is because in the game, you are a person who gets a term paper. Once you get the paper, you automatically hate it, and you decide to escape your school, and stop your paper. After escaping, you find out about the perkins dungeon. Its a dungeon that has monsters. At the bottom, is a robotic version of your English teacher. This robot was the one who made your teacher give you the paper. You buy a bamboo sword, and decide to defeat this robot. Note that at the beginning of battles, you will get 2 messages saying that your 2 other peole are dead. This is because your are the only person in the game, and txtgm 0.63 only lets you have 3 people. also, after you attack or do something, you will get another battle menu. If you choose attack, you will hear a punching sound, but nothing will happen, so choose defend or something on the other 2 menus after person does something. You wont have to use instant translate through the whole game because I tried to put as much English as possible. This game uses the example source of dungeon quest, so their really is nothing to do after beating it. Anyway stop the blaw blaw blaw! Ah, Ive not heard of this braille keyboard thing, but to be honest Ive not really written braille seriously for years so I am happier on qwerty anyway. As to Itunes burak, its all the shenanigans with Itunes buggering up music tracks, and especially audio books, changing your file names, as well as finding the various icons to do various things around the program or look at your folders. Yes, You can scan folders and have it run fairly automatically, but thats not a good idea unless you want every single bit of media you own attempted to be shoved on your Iphone all at once, and then be left to track them down with whatever craziness Itunes has used to rename them, and separating out folders is again a pain with the tree of doom! As I said, i really did! try with Itunes for years, but in the end I gave up, and the difference in getting something that will just do a standard Usb transfer is frankly amazing!

Hi phillI have both sod 1 and 2 loaded.I think the issue for me was a bug since I downloaded the latest version of the game and installed it and it worked again.The issue happened after some windows security update.

Hmmm.I may be able to answer this.I was not one of the major sound designers for dmnb but a lot of us do it.I did do a lot of project alphas sfx.To be honest for a lot of the sounds at least in my case it was a couple sounds put together or layered over eachother.Sounds came from sound libraries, various extracted game librarys, games, online free libs like trekcore.com as well as stuff I had been given by various people in the industry.To other game packs.At the other end of the spectrum, you have people making sounds with audio editing software like goldwave and the like.As for actually making sounds I am not sure how wed actually make actual sound as I have not touched on that as such.I know it has something to do with good recording equipment etc.I am not sure how the scifi sfx is made at all.Generally though a lot of the sounds are mostly just straight sounds dropped into the game.True some ar
 e added from here and there and put in that way bits of sounds clips or bytes are used to put together the sounds etc.I do think though that you would have to speak to one of the current sound designers in the game.I am not sure who those are right now.I help with a lot of stuff where and when I can I know defender did some work but left the group.I think danny and steve do some sounds but to be honest I have not kept as up to date with all those in here as I should have.As long as a sound is good you can submit it and many who join the group do.Ofcause that doesnt mean it will be accepted.

ok, an update:I finally go down to the underwater path, fight the enemy, and then I reach the switch.I activate the switch, and suddenly I get to a very tough bossfight.I killed the boss and then I get a cutscene that I am back at the airship.I dont know what the people speaks, because I dont understand that language. then, my character speak to a girl, and he tell all about him, about zanarkin, and he also told them about sins attack.I go down again, talk to a girl, and she took me to luca.in the cutscene, I heard somethings wrong, I heard the explosion but I didnt get in to a fight.instead, tidus hear a voice from someware, and he found a blits ball.Ill ask again if I have more trouble, especially in the new luca island, where I am at now.
