@Wanderer: well, yes, quite. This is really why virtualisation is such a boon. Windows 8.1 is good enough for me, but I have heard that Windows 10 is continually improving hardware support. I just can't live with the loss of control, as you said. To me, that's simply the end of my relationship with M$. And things were really looking up, too.

This was just one of the games I saw. I remember when I was reading the Apple vis  forum   they were talking about karateka  for iPhone. I really don't see how this game is accessible since I tried it with android and to no avail got anything to work.

Yes, I'm accusing him of following Danny, but it's because the signs are clear at the moment. Danny switche to Python to develop DM's next game, and now Mason does. Mason was just fine with BGT. It's easy to tell right now, and, unless Mason proves me wronog, I'm sticking to that. Can't you see?Danny switched to Python not 1 month ago to try working with it to develop DM again. Not two days ago Mason switches to it to develop SB. So, right now, it looks like he's trying to follow Danny. And Danny did publish publicly that he was using Python.

In the game where I got distroyed the voice just repeated "loading" and I wasn't returned to the menu and had to quit the ap and then restart, and in the game where I succeeded at the single battle the device just sat there on a blank screen and the music faded out (i really hope it still tracked my statistics). this definitely needs fixing, sinse an arcade game designed for quick play which needs restarting each round probably will be mo

I'd like to see someone beat the ball without cheating. What level do you need to be? The ball is 5000. Do you need to be around that level to have a chance? How do you avoid something you can't jump over, block, or run away from? The thing does millions of damage. do you just need that much hp? Even with a defense drink, that takes you down to around 70 damage. Plus you have to be right on top of it to even hit it. Also, the yoyo doesn't show up on the menus after I hit the switch now. So is it one and done? That should make collecting  more yoyos, er, rather interesting, but at least the switch makes a cool sound wen you press it.

Hello,I was unable to get Swamp to run under Wine. I think it is because you have to register some dll files, and Wine doesn't have any way to do that. Maybe someone who knows more about Wine can comment, but I think Swamp is one of those games that needs a full Windows environment.

hello,regarding the mudclient for mac-osx there are two solutions i know of. The first one is the app called mudder. However i am not sure if it is available for all countries anymore, i downloaded it in the Netherlands when it was, but i hear stories it isn't available anymore. or i got it via another way than via the mac-app store. When difficulties are found i can paste a dropbox link to the app. It is a free app in my experience.The second, and more confusing way in my oppinion, is making use of the terminal to play muds. I can't remember how to summon this onto the screen, but i know it is a possibility to play muds on a mac. However the big difference is, that mudder lets voice-over complete a sentince, while the terminal lets voice-over rush trough the tekst what's coming up. I exprienced it with alter, i was chatting with my clan and the one sentince wasn't complete yet or the second already started.hthgr

If, in fact, I overlooked something and he did in fact use Danny as a reason, feel free to put me firmly in my place and put the quote out there.  Conclusion: while opinions are acceptable, and I will definitely not be the one to try and sway you from yours, do not by any means come to a public forum and start pointing fingers and causing drama. Hello;I have the game and think it's quite cool.Here's a tip for everyone, if you can't be bothered to jump all the way back once you get to the end of the first level, let Griff fall off the ledge, you'll end up right at the beginning again.Jyro, do you think you could add checkpoints in levels? I get it, Griff is a griffin, a lion type creature, (so He'd have four paws,) but, I don't understand the fact that he seems to take two steps when I press the right arrow instead of one. Bootcamping my Mac Mini

Hi everyone.If anyone has been following my posts, you know I have had a 2006 Mac Mini for the past 2 or so years. While I've loved using all the versions of OS X it suppports, these versions are no longer very useful. I'm thinking about putting Windows XP on it. Yes, I know what everyone will say. It will be something along the lines of XP is obsolete and blah blah blah. Keep in mind I only want Windows on here to play a few games and possibly host online games or servers. So, here are my questions.1. Can I use a USB drive to create the XP install media along with the Bootcamp support software? I'm assuming that you can still download the support software with Bootcamp utility.Secondly, which version of OS X and Bootcamp should I use? I have Tiger, Leopard, and Snow Leopard.Third, can I use a talking PE to help install this? I guess I could just plug this thing into a monitor and have someone do it for me, but I really don't want to
  do that. Would the PE work with either the integrated sound hardware or work with my Zoom H1?What do you guys think? I'm trying to make this machine at least slightly useful. I guess I could also install 7, but I don't really like 7. On top of that, this machine has a 1.83 GHZ duel core intel core Duo and 1 GB of ram. The 1 GB of ram is the reason I don't feel comfortable putting 7 on it. So, thoughts?

Hi everyone,Unfortunately I could not get Ap Locale to install on Windows 10. I changed the Display Language to Japanese to see if this was the problem. It was, but it made me download the Japanese Language pack. This means that pretty much the entire control panel is in Japanese and I can't figure out how to get into the language settings to change it back.If I can't get Ap Locale to work, I won't be playing Text Games as it is a must on Windows 10. I have Pro Talker English and it says stuff like Blank in Japanese and switches to English for my text. Would a system restore change this back, perhaps? If I can even get into it.Thanks for any help guys. I'd get sighted help, but that won't help either lol.

App Locale and QTranslate not working well with Ground War

Hi everyone,I'm not sure how, on Windows 10, to add the Japanese Microsoft IME keyboard to the U.S. layout. Because of this, I can't press enter on the opening text of Ground War, nor can I translate it. Pressing CTRL+Comma using QTranslate only reads back the Japanese. Downloading and installing the language pack for Japanese on Windows 10 is a pretty bad idea. App Locale, however, should make it so I don't have to do that but something is up.Anyone know how to fix this please?Thanks!

Either I don't know what I'm doing or there's a bug.The enemy simply won't die.It also appears I also can't die, because my hitpoints reach minus numbers and I'm still alive.I remember playing this back when it first started in what ever language it was originally in and didn't really see the point of the game apart from a nice little time waster.

I can't pick and choose which updates are downloaded by default, but I never really did that on earlier versions anyway except for the 8.1 telemetry update, which is kind of irrelevant now.@Superb, if you don't have Group Policy you're probably out of luck. There's a registry value under HKEYLocalMachine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Data Collection called Allow Telemetry which you can set to zero, but I'm not sure how effective it is. Disable the "Connected user experience and telemetry" service and all tasks under Customer Experience Improvement Program in Task Scheduler. Also disable the SIH and SIHBOOT tasks under windows update. Microsoft generally allows enterprise users greater control, which is why I use the enterprise evaluation version as oposed to a home or pro copy. Hope that helps.

Hello;I have the game and think it's quite cool.Here's a tip for everyone, if you can't be bothered to jump all the way back once you get to the end of the first level, let Griff fall off the ledge, you'll end up right at the beginning again.Jyro, do you think you could add checkpoints in levels? Or would that make the game too easy?One more thing. I get it, Griff is a griffin, a lion type creature, (so He'd have four paws,) but, I don't understand the fact that he seems to take two steps when I press the right arrow instead of one. Is this normal?

hello,so an update on the situation. i am done with Amazon, as it constantly has problems with my address, but i dont know with what field or something, so i cant order anything from it. on the other side, iTunes ordering is perfectly accessible - yes, but only from the phone, so i guess i will transfer the ordered albums to my computer. in the iTunes program, where the album was viewed, i couldnt find the buy button or something, so my only option is buying over the phones interface, i guess?

Until now I hadn't had the time to help test the game, but if you still have space nollydyn...@gmail.com is my apple ID.I have been following this thread for awhile though, and have a suggestion about how to easily make a players location on the map distinguishable for us. Instead of simply applying a single number for each square, an X/Y location might be more beneficial. A game developer of another game used it to help blind players find their way through dungeons, and it worked flawlessly. Think of the classic game Battleship and you will understand what I mean, While Battleship use both letters and numbers, either way should work well to immediately discover the current location of our character no matter how large the world map is.

It is my hope that after reading it, you will be able to pick up any untranslated japanese game and play it with no trouble. Japanese audio games are easily some of the best around, far above what we've got available in the english market, and I hate to see people missing out on playing these masterpieces. There are several utilities out there that make playing these games very possible without knowing the language at all, and this guide will show you what they are, and how to get and use them.Note that this translation method is not perfect. Because japanese grammar structure is so much different than english grammar, words are often scrambled and ocasionally mistranslated. I can tell you from experience though, that it is very possible to understand the storyline, puzzles and mechanics of these games with a great degree of accuracy.
