Yes, comsic rage does have a soundpack, indeed a couple. type @soundpacks (don't forget the at sign), to see links, though last I tried the update for the official one from dropbox the link didn't work. as to the game, I'm liking things, though I was rather sorry when the ship I spent ages upgrading and a bunch of stuff I harvested from an asteroid got blown up in seconds because I declaoked at the wrong time.

Greetings vlad25.If you want to start small, why not go with monopoly? I can never get enough of monopoly nor can I get enough of games like invisible dragons.If you want to do a side scroler, why not also put mi8ni games into it as well like gaming tables and if you've had enough of losing to people, you could kill them? Then again, we haven't truly got a grand theft auto like audio game; the closest we have is psycho strike. Look Mr Sam, if You ask me, my personal case is totally irrelevant, after all I finally did manage to solve my problem at the end.What still bothers, actually irritates me is the severe omission of STW-developers, described in my post number 65...so please read, or re-read it!This forum thread is not about me only anymore, but about all those other STW-players who experience the same issue as I did, very likely due the same reason, and without even being aware of that reason, merely because the game-developer(s) missed to inform them of it in a proper way!Ok, I agree that SAPI-voice is probably not the only setting which causes, or can cause speed-hack alerts, and that are surely some other settings, elements, and actions which can, or will trigger them as well, but by simply noting somhere in the game, or at least in its "readme" file, that "using SAPI may trigger speed-hack alerts", with minimal efforts, You developer-guys could spare many 
 days, or even weeks of headache and troubles to, I am sure, quite significant number of potential, and even regular STW-players!No hard feelings though, STW is generally an outstanding game, my sincere CONGRATULATIONS for it!(You can read about my general opinion of the game in my starting, initial post of this forum-topic)As for Your suggestion of getting some items beyond the starting ones, (in order to avoid "spam-character" deletion), it sounds pretty logical and likely to work, so I already started testing it, MANY THANKS!!!I guess I will find out the result soon enough anyway, LOL!!!

The awesome thing about the Steam version of UMVC3 is that there are on-screen tooltips for almost every menu item you highlight. Better still, these tooltips are visible to the Cloud OCR addin for NVDA, which means that, for the most part, you can figure out where you are, albeit tediously. For some other settings which might be hard to configure, remember that some of those settings can be found in the config.ini file. This time around, it's stored in appdata/local/Capcom.

Well I confess I'm a little stuck at the moment since my ship can't take off . it seems to be perminantly recharging and won't move.I also wonder what happens to the ships I've had destroyed by fire and if I can get rid of them. I tried selling them but that hasn't helped, and since they're no use to ahyone (being just airlocks), they probably should be deleted from the game.

I second the Amadeus recommendation. I personally use Amadeus Lite as I don't need the multitrack and other features of Pro. Still, Amadeus Pro is only $60 which is pretty good considering the features and accessibility you get. I may get Pro at some point if I want to do a little more with audio editing.

Does anyone have any good tips for doing star studies. I am a bit worry that I will not get my right course set and warp engaged before the star pulls me in. From what I understand, by reading the help files, time is short for getting things right. Then again, I have not done missions either. Yes, I blone up a few ships and got blueprints from them, but I might find it intereing to lead a mission or two. I got to where I am at by blow up lots and lots of planetoids. Of course, dragging my factory through a field put an end to that for awhile. As a side note, I should beable to make metal pannels for those who wish to build their own factory without killing lots of mobs on those planetoids.

Greetings all. While I haven't made too much progress on the update, the things that are new are as follows. Consoles now make the transission to client side. I've conducted various tests on the adjustments to making the game first person, and they all check out. This means that you can turn towards an object, walk towards it and once your their interact with it with the E key again. The only thing missing is the joystick support. Because maps are now client side, including walls, doors, consoles, etc, this means multiplayer will still be down for the time being while I make the updates. This, unfortunitly has broken the new building system and it'll require some rework, which means for the moment, it won't be avaylable in this update. However, this update will allow me to replace the way you entered and exitted spaceships, which needed a readjustment anyways, and not only that but will allow me to at least bring back some older locations. My plan for the multi
 player is to make it dmnb stile like we started out as, only with hopefully a lot less glitches than what dmnb v1 suffered from. This means the building system will probably be put to use building your own colonies. However, don't feer, because i'm still going to be putting in project alpha's creations. And with this new mode, the awsome thing you'll all enjoy is that because of the client side implementation work i've done, storyline and multiplayer will still ruffly share the same features, which means the creatures can still attack in multiplayer mode. And another thing. Because we're now back on fps, I feel I can start putting back in the death match multiplayer mode. The only things that will need changed about the client are the reintigration of some of the old code that I seporated, and the server side implementation will still need a tiny bit of work. My main goal is to get the multiplayer back up and running, and to have a start on the storylin
 e. Which brings me to an importent question. A few have asked weather i'll use the old storyline from the original project alpha, or weather i'll make a new one that follows the same path as the original. I'm gonna ask you guys, what would you prefer in that regard. I have the original project alpha still and can try and remember the storyline, though with out access to the old source code it'll make my job a lot harder trying to memorise the exact details.

Well some more on 4d. I have now tried gardening, and gardening rocks!where in farming you basically wait and type in commands, in gardening you need to interact far more. Once you used the spade, hoe and rakeprepare the soil, you then drop the seeds. after that it's a constant battle. Weeds such as nettles and quickgrass will grow and you need to literally pick them up before they do damage to your crop. Also, pests like rabbits and snales and even goats will come after your seedlings and you need to kill them, not to mention watering the garden if it gets dry. The watering part is imho the hardest since if you happen to miss the message about the dry garden you can lose the lot very quickly. #there is a miner xp penalty for watering at the wrong time, but I just usually type water occasionally to make sure it's done (you get literally hundreds of times that xp amount for gardening anyway).Do it right though and you�
 39;ll get a crop you can sell for tradepoints or cook, though I've not quite got as far as cooking yet, still it's an awesome activity. also tradepoints can be exchanged for experience, which is a great way to advance, and actually gets you xp pretty dam fast as well.

So, again, on my word as admin, you will have to trust that the increase in sounds means, that there are more map building possibilities, and that with more possibilities, there come more potential ideas, and with more potential ideas, some might actually be incl
 uded in the game when they are worked out very well. To conclude this poast, i'd like to point out that, even though it might look to you as a step backwards, in many regards, the game has taken several steps forward, and I strongly believe in the fact, that you can get used to the changes, and that after a few montsh, you won't even notice it anymore.

The thing with Logic and GarageBand is that, allthough they have accessible interfaces, the problem is, actually editing audio, like cutting and pasting, I haven't figured that out, and I've been using a mac for years. The thing I like about them, that Gold Wave will never have, is that if you have a file you want to put  in  your song, say, a sound effect, you can find it in the finder, then press command c, as if you were going to move it to a different location, then go to a track in GarageBand/logic, then paste the file! It creates a new audio track with your audio file in it. Before I found out about that, I was told that I had to have all my sound libraries and stuff in my iTunes library. No Thanks! And, they all said that if I didn't want to do that, Drag and Drop was my only option... Again... Nope! Wrong answer! I actually just got ProTools, about a month ago. It's nice... The software instrument bundles are a bit better than what Apple offer
 s, but they're not necessarily as good as something like a yamaha tyros or a roland FA 8, but they're ok. Now, on the otherhand, apple has Avid, beat when it comes to their drum kit virtual instruments... Not the ones that come with logic, in the legacy category... Those suck worse than xpand2's drums, I'm talking about the ones that come with AutoPlay Drummer. They're not necessarily Addictive drums, or superior drummer, but they're free, and are better than most of the kits you see on a tyros which costs 5 thousand dollars. Now, back to ProTools. I haven't figured editing on it, but I've been told, it's a bit more accessible than Apple's solution. So, untilI figure that out, I've been using GoldWave for my audio needs in a vm, which I do all my audio gaming on, and then go back to ProTools or Logic for my midi...

I agree with jack, the esp pinball games are great even though they don't have online score lists. They did used to but I'm not sure what happened to them unfortunately.I'd however still strongly recommend all the gamesjust on merit alone, the minigames, the sounds, the style they wrok really well. Sadly the demo tables don't give much an idea, indeed I do hope you get draconis since it'd be a shame if these games weren't available anymore. As to other pinball games, there is the blindfold pinball on ios which is fun, though imho not quite as good in terms of table interactivity, although the haptic controls on ios are probably closer to the way an actual table works.

@Sightless: there's a section that specifically mentions text to speech now, but it's a bit buried, so I ended up interweeving knowledge too then discovered the text to speech question (and it's a question), and also the audio feedback is intermingled with the vision section as well it's really weird but at least they're making an effort and have, it seems, done some research about this.

It's actually rolling out to other devices at this point in time, but the nexus 7 2013 was discontinued as far as I know. I don't think custom roms are covered by this either. You could try getting an app like Get Google Assistant or manually change your device model to pixel to get Assistant.

Before you implement something that is unstable as speed hack detection, you should learn the concepts of test-driven development. Test-driven development (TDD) is a software development process that relies on the repetition of a very short development cycle: requirements are turned into very specific test cases, then the software is improved to pass the new tests, only. This is opposed to software development that allows software to be added that is not proven to meet requirements. So, in summary, TDD is a development cycle where literally every function you write and that returns a value and that is not main is tested rigorously to ensure things like this don't happen. Sam, if your not going to be willing to actually fix the issues your players raise here, your going to start losing them. Stop lurking and loitering and start fixing!

Hello, Simba.To answer your question, no, STW is primeraly not a killing game. It is a survival simulator, so of course you have to make sure you don't die, but you don't need to participate in pk (player killing) if you don't want to. When you start off, your pk flag is off, which means that you can't attack other people and they can't attack you. If you later change your mind and want to fight other people, you can type /pk in the radio, which will turn your pk flag on. If you do so, you'll be able to attack and be attacked by all people that have pk on.If you do decide to check out the game, I hope you will have fun!

Make sure the character name is over 4 characters in length and that the character has more than the default inventory. This should hopefully solve the issue. Also, I do not have a crystal ball. People say they get speedhack alerts and I know about that but not all the time how. I will attempt fixing it, but speed hack code is a very very unreliable thing. Trust me, if I removed it, you would all be begging for it back. Things used to be really really bad before I added that code.

"Great", now I have another quite frustrating issue with the STW game:The totally unfounded and unfair character-deletions that is!While the "process" itself is called "spam-character cleaning" in the game, obviously in many cases totally clean, valid, "innocent" characters get targeted by it as well!As our STW-admin friend told us here, it is allowed, and even recommended to create, and store more characters in the game.Just to make sure, I asked the active, regular STW player-group in the game, and they also confirmed, that they all created, maintain, and use more than one character, some of them have even over 4-5 of them. (normally by playing with only 1 at a time)Strangely, the "reserve" characters of their majority don't  get deleted during those "spam-character cleaning" processes, while my created "secondary" character, meaning the one I initially plan to preserve
  for PvP, and which is usually not selected and active at that verey moment, still often becomes an innocent victim of those "cleanings". (even after solving the speed-hack issue the way I recently announced in this forum-thread)So now I wonder why this keeps happening to me, and what's the way to guard against it:)since after making some more significant advances with our game-characters, this issue becomes extremely annoying and frustrating)

Dotris, Mario, there's braille output for Sengoku Jidai and the JFIMA, but it's not so useful there (maybe in SJ if you want to stop and look around quicker). Dotris works with the braille display directly, and uses it for input and output. It doesn't require a screen reader or any particular translation settings. Mario, SJ, and the JFIMA all use the title bar, which Jaws and NVDA (at least) send to the braille display when it changes. This means the display must use uncontracted ascii/computer braille, probably En-US. Assume that I plan to support braille output in any future projects where it can reasonably be implemented. In addition, I want to support input from the braille display, partly because this makes it much more viable as an output method in faster games, but also because I can hardly look at a Focus14 without wishing I could play games with it.
