Re: Doing it Right - audio puzzle game I thought of an idea for "Doing it right" earlier. I think it would be cool to have a leaderboard for Endless Mode. From the main menu, you could swipe up, or in the case of the PC version, press the up arrow, to access the leaderboardd. After completing a game in endless mode, the game could ask if you wished to submit your score to the leaderboard. You could swipe left or use Left Arrow for yes and swipe right, ur use Right Arrow, for no. Have you thought about mentioning the IOS version of the game on the Applevis website? There are users there who don't read this forum and I am sure the game would generate interest over there. Re: Mechanical Keyboard Recommendations Hi, I am using hyperX alloi elite.chose red switches thats what I liked when i tried before buying, I got mine less than 100 in black friday I don't think that is the case always. this feels more close to razer hudsman elite but that one over 200 dollars personally I prefer red for gaming over blue switches, so check them out first these switches. mine has a usb port (the keyboard it self requires 2 usb port to connect to pc), media control switches as well voleum wheel.+ wrist rest (made of plastic).i am loving the keyboard honestly. Why do different people have different scrolls, and what do they mean?Time-the-beeps is just a really obnoxious way to increase the difficulty without actually increasing the complexity of the combat engine, IMO. And it harkens back to a lot of other games whose basic premise is to time the beeps, so for me, this was never this game's selling point, and damn near made me drop it at a few different points. I hope that whatever Aaron does, he never again returns to a system like this. It was definitely a different twist on casting magic, but IMO a failed attempt. Especially problematic because when asked about the timing of certain spells, he was dead set on leaving them in. Look. Waiting four to eight seconds between beeps, multiple times in a single magic attack, just takes time, increases tension and really, really, really makes me want to just level up two or three more times, use the weaker and much much faster spell, and completely ignore the broken one. I've never used Kelly's Embodiment of Righteousness or Lucy's Volcanic Storm seriously before, and that's why. But when this is pointed out and the response is "I will never, ever change dragon strike scrolls"...well, to say it was sort of a predictor of what was to come wouldn't be unreasonable.Nice progress on your manamon 2 guide. I've yet to listen though, as I've been a bit busier than normal today. Also, it's dog-hot here and it's sapping what energy I do have.I'm considering a mono-type playthrough (i.e., each manamon has only one type). I'm aware that Centiplex and Limtoroom share similar roles, but Bugout is actually a really neat ability that I think I could use wel on Centiplex, and Limtoroom has some nice disabling moves...but if anyone's gonna go, it'll be the plant type. This works fine whenever NVDA is used but jaws does not work, it interferes, so, what could be the problem here? is there a setting or something else he has to do or install? If you're looking for a stationery board, I'd go with that, or if bluetooth isn't needed, I'd considerthisgreat board by HyperX. Note it comes in different Cherry MX variants (Cherry MX is the golden standard for switches).If you can, buy a switch tester. You'll do yourself a huge favor by getting one. It features a slew of different switches so you can determine which is right for you. I currently am using blues, and I love them. Absolutely everyone hates it because they are quite loud and noisy, but I love the tactile bump and feel of typing on them, and don't have much of a reason to switch. Re: What do you think of this video? I didn't have to see the entire video to understand it. It's awful convenient for someone to label something as racist when they don't agree with it. It also shows that many people out there must belong to something other than the human race if they think there are multiple races of people. We are all of the same human race, like it or not, and we had better start treating each other in that respect. These riots, and this whole thing about showing ID when voting, are not helping at all. I do thank the original poster who put this up though as it is an eye-opener. It truly does reveal just how thoughtless people can be when they don't agree with something. Personally, I have nothing against black people. In fact, one of my best friends is a black man, and we've had some fun times together. Some of my favorite entertainers have been, and are, black. Many of my favorite musicians are black. However, underneath that colored skin, these are just normal human beings who have the same basic needs as we all do. I wish more people would understand that, and that they would understand that playing the race card whenever you don't agree with something is absolutely foolish at best. Now, one might call me a racist for these remarks, and if so I'm sorry you feel that way because you truly don't understand me. I am for the human race--not for blacks, whites, hispanics, or any one group, but I stand for the entire human race with all of its ethnic groups. That, people, is precisely why I have enjoyed being a part of this community. I'm just glad to be able to talk about games, a common interest we all happen to share, with a bunch of fun-loving, fellow human beings. If you're black, so what. White, I don't care. You're from China, Japan, Russia, or where ever: awesome. Now, if only the entire human race would understand this truth. But no, that would interfere with the agenda of some political group I suspect. Sorry for the long post, but I needed to write this as it's been on my mind lately. Re: Mechanical Keyboard Recommendations I got my Corsair K63 for $90. I'm sure somewhere you could find it cheaper, perhaps refurbished. It's wireless, supporting bluetooth and its 2.4GHz dongle. It's got N-key rollover and uses end-to-end AES-256 encryption.The bluetooth... works, but it's the worst implementation I've ever seen. If you would only need to use bluetooth on the occasion, it'd be fine. It's actually good once connected, but it forgets devices and you have to enter a six digit code on the keyboard to pair.Another potential con is the lack of a numpad. It's got blue lighting which can be turned off via a button on near the back. It can charge while also being used - as in, data will actually go across the USB port - unlike some other wireless keyboards I've tried. There's a switch on the back for turning it on and off, and it's got a battery which will get you through 2 days, pushing 3 and a quarter. That's providing you keep the lights off.It's using MX red switches. They're not that loud, but lack the audible and tactile click of some of the other switches. It's not difficult to know when the key is pressed despite the lack of this bump / click though. The travel is very linear, and doesn't take much force to bottom out.In the box, I got the keyboard itself, the attachable wrist rest, the 2.4GHz dongle, the charging cable, and all the paperwork. There seems to be something on the keyboard for an accessory that I didn't get. On the back of the keyboard, on either end, you'll find two holes. Two on either side so four in total. To me, they feel like the type of holes you'd thread a strap through. Why you'd want a strap on a mechanical keyboard is beyond me, but I don't know what else those would be used for. Learning to do reverb, etc. took maybe a year or two before I could give us a practical implementation. Learning to write efficient code took all of Libaudioverse to teach me what the mistakes were and an additional year or so after that to get to the point of being able to avoid them (Libaudioverse could be fixed but needs a couple months of full-time effort to undo mistakes and whatnot). It's a bunch of specialized knowledge on something like 5 different things. Python is checking all of your syntax of the file before it runs, the only difference is that it does it as it imports packages instead of making you list them. Runtime errors (i.e. something is None) will always happen at the right line, but syntax errors can be off by a few.Or put another way, BGT/AngelScript is really really bad at it, managing to even be worse than C/C++. If I purchase it, I should be able to do what I wish, providing it doesn't impact anyone else, i.e. online battling or trading. I did a bit of online battlikng in manamon 1, and I made absolutely sure to use a team that hadn't been cheated with. I also think a recording on how to cheat in 2 would be not as useful as a text guide. If there truly is a way to use cheat engine despite the apparent block with the game, I'd be curious to know it. I'm starting to get used to this mod, it gives you all the information you need. You just need to figure out the commands. As an example, Incoming: 10 is the total damage you take, that doesn't include whatever you add or change. As to yugioh, it works well with lion for me, but that's Link Evolution.
