Yup, you do need some professional help. Mindfulness-based practices can only take you so far. However, I recommend taking in deep breaths, holding them for a few seconds, then throwing them out, and visualizing that you're throwing all the intense emotions out with the breath. That can help you when you're going through some pretty intense episodes, however this in no way constitutes an alternative for a doc.

if your command line responds that the command is unknown, then it isn't on your PATH. the PATH is a variable that stores a list of directories the terminal is supposed to look through when you issue a command. If you installed the keybase command line tools, then find where the executables are (these will probably be .exe, .cmd, or .bat). then add that directory URI to your PATH variable.

Just bought this, really fun game! I got a controller for another game and it's really cool to have a space shooter to use with one. A couple quick suggestions:1. A way to move through the menus with the controller? Maybe there is one and I'm just missing it. I got plunged right into the game because I didn't realize the tutorial was another option in a menu, so I just hit 'A' on my controller and started. I think it would be nice to be able to do everything right from the controller, instead of having to go over to the keyboard.2. A local high score? I have no idea what my score was, and it would be nice to be able to look it up. I don't really care about other people's scores or anything, or even a list of scores. Just whatever the high score is, or possibly last game's score and over all high score.This is a really nice old school video game. I'm going to have a lot of fun with it. Thanks for the excellent work.

Ashley I think it only works with an external keyboard or controller so far, that's probably the issue.A scoreboard would be neat yeah.  The easiest way seems to be just submitting the scores to a database connected to a webpage and having people view that instead of making a scoreboard UI in game.Maybe something about those .dll files for older systems should be added to a note on the itch page.

I knew this was going to have a bad start, but as I explain later, that can be changed. Here's why it didn't get off to a good start.First of all, y'all wanted to start with skype. That's already a death blow. Good luck talking about multiple games, of different genres with different parts that are accessible, all in one huge ass chat.Second, y'all wasted a whole week to decide should we go with shitty skype, or the best social platform ever, discord. Seriously. A few cry babies set y'all back a week. And look at the end results. More than 85% was discord! Guys it is pointless. Nothing compares to discord.Third, the rules weren't already thought of. Of course this doesn't mean, oh here are the rules and they are final. But there was no draft. At least have a draft or outline before just asking about this. Some criteria could be, what games are allowed, what counts as accessible, how open is this group and what will the requirements be to join, etc.And fourth, the original poster is very busy, and despite that, no one has taken the initiative to make the server for them and say, hey we're going to get started, join us when you can.I'm not trying to be harsh, well except for the discord reason. I am just trying to say, this wasn't off to a good start. But, no worries, that can be fixed. You guys already know which platform to use, and there is already a server built. If the original poster is ok with it, he can send someone the invite link and temporarily transfer ownership, so that at least things can get started rolling. Once more people join, it will be easier for more people to discuss the rules and all agree on an outline. And they can take it from there.

i'm excited about it, but i dont think i'll have it.i really espect this game to be released, but an advice for all, all games are'nt free. the developers deserve money for the efort they have taken to game a gamme that took a lot, a lot of lines of code.a spanish translation? i dont know if it will be done, and a french translation? and a-if there was actually a spanish translation in the works, it should have a spanish page plus a spanish trailer. but it's a bit hard because the hispanic people have to know english fluently to participate in a translation. if that's not the case, i dont think a sppanish translation will be done, especially if the developers dont know spanish themselves to hire spanish voice actors or something. and if it does'nt come free, good, because the developers took a lot of time making it, and they deserve money by one way or another.and shurely the binaural audio system they use is proprietary or something. it's even better if there's a quickstarter, or a small demo where you drive and cars pass around you in binaural, but only that, and it can be endless. the full game should not be free, especially the pc version, because it might take many hours of a person's life to create a game, especially if it has voice actors that have to create the lines. if games such a western dramma or others take so much effort, they should be payd. you cant spend half a week or more making a very large story driven game without having something in return. exception is the manamon games, that are way overpriced

oh sorry, I meant to say audio files won't play from the k drive. The code runs frine from there. When it selects a random file, it says no such file or directory. So it knows they are there, but it can not play them. I don't know what the cause is. My friend's js bot can play k drive files perfectly fine. I know nothin gabout js so maybe it has something python doesn't natively have. But I know this should be possible in python.

I like programming, and the skills I learn from it, but I like socializing more. But that's not an option. So I take to coding because it engages me in a way that challenges myself. But again, it is not beyond the hobby level. I honestly didn't think about the audio game engine needing to have the modules intercept with networking. I admit, I am a dumbass for not remembering that. But I guess that is showing that I know I have to take it one step at a time with this. I have to build it without networking first. That's already a big enough task. Even if I have to copy and rewrite my audio game engine, at least I have a perfect working prototype of what I am aiming for. And it works. Sure it doesn't have the badass thrill of networking, but it's a game, that works.I'm willing to sacrifice time for a working prototype, even if the interworkings will not look anything similar. I know, i'm a fool. Coding a project based on networking without networking. Hey, I have to start somewhere. At least I'm not continuing to build it in bgt. I have given up the instant gratification of the networking, in order to focus all my attention on the ways I code it, and the cleanest way. I've learned a lot since switching to python. I've cleaned up my python code a few times, and it makes a huge difference. I don't regret making the switch from bgt to python at the sacrifice of easy networking. I do want to clarify. I am not cocky. If anything, I undermine myself all the time. But I'm trying to be positive about it. If I'm not positive, then I won't try at all. Even if I don't think I can do it, at least I will have tried.

i really espect this game to be released, but an advice for all, all games are'nt free. the developers deserve money for the efort they have taken to game a gamme that took a lot, a lot of lines of code.a spanish translation? i dont know if it will be done, and a french translation? and a-if there was actually a spanish translation in the works, it should have a spanish page plus a spanish trailer. but it's a bit hard because the hispanic people have to know english fluently to participate in a translation. if that's not the case, i dont think a sppanish translation will be done, especially if the developers dont know spanish themselves to hire spanish voice actors or something. and if it does'nt come free, good, because the developers took a lot of time making it, and they deserve money by one way or another.and shurely the binaural audio system they use is proprietary or something. it's even better if there's a quickstarter, or a small demo where you drive and cars pass around you in binaural, but only that, and it can be endless. the full game should not be free, especially the pc version, because it might take many hours of a person's life to create a game, especially if it has voice actors that have to create the lines. if games such a western dramma or others take so much effort, they should be payd. you cant spend half a week or more making a very large story driven game without having something in return. exception is the manamon games, that are way overpriced

moving the cursor left and right is as easy as eating a bread, and here's how you can do itovviously, if you want to move the cursor, right, press right arrow. tip. use space after moving the cursor so you can see where it says the nameafter this, use shift right arrow in the name, pressing space often, if you heard that it crossed a bit the boundary you wanted, prress ctrl1 (to zoom out) so you can press ctrl shift right arrow to contract the selectiongo to generate.press alt.press right arrow 7times, then down arrow.go to  the option that says tone...press enternow, put in the frequency field this number1000note. the 1khz tone is typically used for censoring, but if you want a softer and unique sound instead of that anoying bleep sound, go to generate (press alt and then right arrow 7times) and press down arrow. then go to noise...in noise, you have to select white noise, set the amplitude at 0.2, and dont touch the duration parameter. the same for tone, but put 1000 in the frequency field, and set amplitude to 0.2, amplitude is after frequency. after this, depending in your choosing tone noise, press enter. the name has been overwriten by the tone or the noiseif you have a bit of a struggle, dont hesitate to ask!

You can't uninstall system apps, or at least not by default. I have no access to a new Samsung device so can't comment, but hopefully Samsung renames it to something else. Is that even legal to do? Just rename a Google app and make it your own?

I've gotta be honest, I don't feel there needs to be any changes to the way combat is done in the game.I mean, the way your rage meter and attack and defense stats are built up.  I have no trouble with the way you've set that system up.Like I said before, I'd like a hotkey to tell you how much time you have left before I stop being invincible, and I like the idea of pressing escape to get back to the menu when you die instead of pressing enter to respawn.The main changes I'd like to see is the weapon system. It would be nice if you were able to carry more than one weapon, but there would be a limit depending on the size and wait of the weapon.Cheers.

@21 Yes. If you've bought it on Itch, you have access to the Android version. If you can install it there, and give e feedback, that increases the likelihood that I'll publish it to Play. The Itch Android build is alpha, and I'm relying on buyers to help me fix issues there. So this is more like Bop It Ultimate being based on the Bop It franchise but not a direct clone of, although I could also be wrong here. Okay sorry for double post, but I just went and reviewed davids guide on accessibility and I felt like I should make a couple comments. First off, I will say that the fat chocobo screen is not necessary, I will say that I have almost a million greens cause I never use it, sure I miss out on the mythril and potions, but stamina is almost a moot point in ffrk now, I never run out so stamina potions which was all I cared about I don't buy anymore. Also, a note on exiting battles if you die, instead of risking spending your mythril and possibly restarting an unwinnable fight just restart ffrk, press the play button and a dialogue box will come up asking if you wanna continue the battle. Press cancel if you wanna exit the fight. Then it may take you to a dungeon like screen, to exit out of that screen, press on the top right hand corner of your phone, and it will bring up a camp option, look for retreat with voice over, and then a confirmation will come up, just hit retreat and follow the next prompes. THeirs  a new alternative way to get to the retreat portion, but I don't remember what it is off hte top of my head.

Er, the best way to go through soulbreaks, I've found is to find who you wanna check out, and either, go in to their soulbreaks menu, if you double tap and hold on one of the soulbreaks up at the top, it will bring up a window down below you can see the info for your soulbreak in, the other method is to go to your upgrade equipment list, and sort the weapons/armor by series, then double tap and hold on any weapon you want info for and it will bring up a window at the bottom with the info. I believe you can quickly navigate to it with heading nav as well.

This game needs to die. Seriously. I go on there today, and it's almost a full second between me hitting keys and weapons firing. I then tried to fire at something I heard in the distance, and by the time all six shots had fired, almost 10 seconds had passed. What even is this thing? Is it just a chat client, because you sure can't play it properly.Seriously, what is going on here? How can this game be this laggy for this long? I thought surely... surely it would be fixed by now. it's been out for so long, but nope?Why do people go on this thing? What's their motivation? I don't get it! I mean damn, come to SBYW. I haven't gotten to any of those tougher battles yet, but so far, I can move a unit away and set it to repair, and when it tells me it's in threat range then I can move it again. Also, I don't think that healing skill is universal is it? It depends on the pilot, I thought.

The only 2 spells you ever want with your healer, are ultra cure, and curada. Also, make sure you use a healer with a last stand soulbreak, also put maco might, or doctor mogs teachings on said healer, so that way when you start the fight they can use their healing soulbreak right off the bat, you'll want the last stand up constantly last stand not only helps you live through nasty attacks, but it letts you know when your characters are starting to die or getting close to death. Cause it plays a sound when it triggers.

I really  appreciate it.  As much as I would appreciate the earbuds, I use headphones for extended periods of time, and ear buds hurt my ears after about 30 minutes or so. I know, I've attempted to use several different brands including Apple, but they haven't  suited me well at all for what I am intending.@7  The  actual  price  isn't  $60.  I'm  only  putting that goal up because  Go Fund Me said to account for fees for using their service, plus any credit/debit fees. I wanted to make sure I had enough where I'd  be able to pay whatever fees they charge, and buy the $41 pair of headphones  that I found on Ebay.  I did my very best to find the best deal for a quality pair of headphones and didn't want to ask for $100 or more for my goal because  that'd be too much for anyone to donate, so that is why the goal is the way it is. @8  As  to  whether  it's a trend  or not, I'm unsure. I just figured it'd not be a bad thing to at least ask for what I'm  intending to get.  I  have been trying to find a job and am looking  very hard every day for them.  However,  most jobs  that I applied for turned out to be MLM scams that give you the opportunity to earn more money but you have to find your own clients. Not an actual stable online job I can do from home  that pays $10  and up  per hour of work. The  search continues. Also,  no  SSI  because  I'm not  a  citizen  yet and still have to go through the process of  becoming  one  legally, in the final steps now  but for right now  I've been flat broke for the past several months to a year at this point. Still in college though and I hope the degree will give me something concrete, after all, a piece  of  paper  if I get it  could  help put  me in an office for the rest of my life. Anyway,  thanks for asking your questions, and I sincerely  appreciate anything any of you could donate.  i  will close out  the campaign once the goal is reached, and will not accept any money beyond what the goal is mainly because  I figure that'd be scummy.Thanks.

Well, first off, remember that the way auto battle works is it always casts the ability on the left so keep that in mind when you are choosing your abilities this holds true for soulbreaks as well. So all the abilities you want it to cast, put on the left, also set the speed setting to 3. I don't know why but professional or what I would consider professional players have told me that setting your speed to 3 optimises auto battle. Also, I would say that if your using spells like protectga your not using the right setups. First off, you should never ever use protectga ever in a fight like that. The idea is to maximize damage, for nightmare setups you can go a bit crazy too, so for instance, the one for the combat ability crushdown Bring 4 heavy hitters, like tidus, cloud, zidane, barts, people like that. Also if I'm remembering, you can take roaming warriors to the nightmare battles, the only roaming warrior you should ever care about, unless in special situations, is tyro's divine veil grimuar, in fights you can't use him, sentinals tome, unless you have a soulbreak in your party that raises defense and resistance a very large amount. The way to get protect and shell on your party, or the best way you do that in endgame content is to use the new healer single cast glints, or if you really need protect and shell, a soulbreak that gives it to you, you shouldn't be sacrificing your ability slots for protect and shell.I also would like to comment, I've beaten all the nightmare dungeons, and am currently working on all the 5 star magesite fights. So, I can tell you that they are doable.

Hey everyone.So, I was wondering, in what games did you try the Lion addon for NVDA already?I'd be curious on what things you tryed and what helped you.Doesn't matter if the game is a native PC one or an emulated game for PS1, PS2, PS3 or what ever.I tryed it with the fifa series, I managed to play Fifa 18 to 21 by focusing Lion onto the name bar at the bottom of the screen.If you want to do that as well, set your readout interval to about 0.6 seconds and crop screen from 80 percent above, leave the rest.In the options under gameplay, set the name bar to show player names.If you have the ball, you will hear the name of your player and the one who has marked that player. so if the commentators don't do their job, you still know in 99 percent what player has the ball.I will try Lion with Diablo 3 with a capture card if I have it.NBA 2k is another series I want to try with Lion, i don't know though if the game has a name bar and where it is located.So, any other games you guys tryed?Thanks in advance.Greetings Moritz.

Okay, i finally picked up a controller cause specificaly this mod. I managed to start a game, though problem is that left stick doesn't work, only d pad does.. Right stick doesn't work either for some reason, i'm not sure why. Any idea? I can use the proceed button, the button which ends the turn, the d pad for menus, but the buffer is inaccessible to me due to this stick problem. Any ideas? I'm getting pretty confused here.

Okay so er, theirs a button at the very top of your screen, I don't remember if its in the center or towards the right hand side but if you press it it, it will change the layout completely, if you then press in the center of your screen you can confirm that it worked cause you will hear a sound like a door closing. if the music doesn't change, turn voice over on and see if it has a data download dialogue box if it does, press okay, then the music should change to final fantasy 1 music. From then on out when you click in to the realm dungeons screen you can navigate by realm by flicking to the left and right with voice over turned off of course. And when you do your flicking motion do it in the same spot roughly as the door would be. It will make a sound to let you know you flicked, then you press in the middle, and it will put you in that realm, from their you can turn voice over on and navigate the dungeons list like you would in an event. From final fantasy 1, if you flick from right to left, it will move up in numbers, if you flick from left to right, it will cycle backwards. One final thing, when your in the dungeons selection screen where you can see the list of dungeons with voice over on if you shut voice over off, and press in the top right hand corner of your screen roughly where config would be on the main screen, it will switch between classic and elite dungeons. Elite dungeons are just harder versions of the classic ones.

Okay so er, theirs a button at the very top of your screen, I don't remember if its in the center or towards the right hand side but if you press it it, it will change the layout completely, if you then press in the center of your screen you can confirm that it worked cause you will hear a sound like a door closing. Then the music should change to final fantasy 1 music. From then on out when you click in to the realm dungeons screen you can navigate by realm by flicking to the left and right with voice over turned off of course. And when you do your flicking motion do it in the same spot roughly as the door would be. It will make a sound to let you know you flicked, then you press in the middle, and it will put you in that realm, from their you can turn voice over on and navigate the dungeons list like you would in an event. From final fantasy 1, if you flick from right to left, it will move up in numbers, if you flick from left to right, it will cycle backwards. I could send you my life P2s. They're bluetooth ear buds. They're the kind that take the tips, and they sound good, I just don't really like them all that much. The pressure you have to put on your ear to press the button is uncomfortable, so I have to grab the stem. They have a charging case that takes USB C. You get like 6 hrs then some time in the case. You can also use one at a time. They're basically air pod knock offs.

Yeah, so the thing with blind people is that you're either submissive or aggressive, and it's rare to find someone in the middle.  There's a lot of extremes in blindness land.  The unrealistic hopes you can do anything.  The "god will fix it all" and "there is a purpose to my blindness".  The "I am blind, therefore I am helpless".  The "I'm desperate for friends so I'll hang out with anyone, now I'm stuck in this horrible relationship with 6 kids" (not that that one happens here a lot, but I swear that you walk out a couple steps on my social graph and that's a very common one).  The "I rock back and forth, flap my arms like a bird" guy.  The "I will be an insert-profession-blind-people-can't-do" guy.  The NFB crowd, which tends to believe that if you aren't doing everything yourself life isn't worth living, nevermind that spending twice as long on everything doesn't leave you much life to live crowd.  You will find, if you look and actually have a baseline for normal person, that it's very hard to find normal blind people that don't somehow have blindness at the core of their identity.Also, overcompensating for the lack of eye contact isn't helping because it's probably super obvious that you're overcompensating.A lot of people in this thread are either saying or intimating that they overcompensate in one way or another.  That's hurting your cause.  Intentional, blatant overcompensation will come across as not genuine.  Ever seen one of those really low budget TV shows with incredibly terrible actors?  Overcompensating comes out like that.  Your best bet is to care about the things you can change, and own the ones you can't.  It doesn't matter whether you can make eye contact or whatever as long as you've not got your head down on the table, are facing people, generally seem sane, and are relaxed and engaging in what's going on.As for why blind people are submissive, that's simple: if you're put into the blindness corner and everything is done for you since you were born, and now you're 18 or 20 or whatever and that's still the case, you don't know any different.  When the world finally says "haha, you thought this could last forever" or you otherwise realize that you've got to do something about it, it's a big shock to the system that most people have a lot of trouble with.Yes, I've put a lot of thought into this stuff over the years.  I got lucky.  I've got family issues, but they went out of their way to manufacture experiences when I was young--I've even been in a plane cockpit, not that you could do that after 9/11, suffice it to say this was very much before.  We got me the O skills young, explicitly worked on not stimming, and so on. I've got my oddities, but there's nothing like trying to figure out why all the other blind people are so different only to realize you're the different one to provoke a lot of thought about this stuff.

I wear sunglasses at the dentist's office. No lie. That fucking light they use kills my eyes. If bright light makes your eyes hurt, then fuck everyone else if they can't accept that you need those sunglasses in order to do your job. That's how I see it, anyway.
