I am enjoying all parts of the game so far, I wish there was more depth in the game. Like in true football free the commentary is play-by-play and get you wrapped into it. But I do appreciate that it reads out the limited commentary play for play. I wish we could have youth teams and develop them, which could be enrolled in the first team and help finance your club. They recommend me to bring players that are much lower than the current players I have and I just don't see the point, other than bringing them as a backup. Seeing that Real Madrid is in the 3rd place and has like 10 points from 5 matches.But my point is that a team who's usually in the 8 to 10th place can't jump to say the 4th place in just 2 seasons. I don't know if it can happen in lower divisions though.Regardless, I'm really enjoying this one and I look forward to my new season in ItalyI have contacted the dev and told him about adding national teams and even more countries, but he told me that national teams is a feature he's considering, but it can only be added with a big future update.About the teams from other countries, he said this: "The database can only handle so many clubs and countries, so I cannot add more at the moment."So sadly as much as I want even more countries it doesn't look like will get more countries soon. I wish that the developer ads even more stuff to it though. Stuff like more commentary, fouls, penalties, yellow and red cards. Soccer Boss In answer to the question about stadium increase, the club owner upgrades the stadium and you know this as they email you when the work is complete.The question about other leagues is I doubt it very much, as its not just creating the elite division in a country he has to create the whole football pyramid of 5 leagues, that's why you would never see my country in it as I only know of the league of Wales heh.To be honest though I think theres a really good selection of leagues to choose from and the fact you can switch countries at the end of each season is a great feature.I have a tip for newbies so don't read on if you wish to figure stuff out for yourself.The best formation I have found is 3 5 2 using either defensive or attacking4 4 2 is another good formation if you have not got the midfielders to play 3 5 2I have played around with the other formations but find they are to erratic with scorelines.Also check the staff and hire button every 6 months of the season to upgrade your staff, this will give the best chance of your players progressing at the end of the season. I've also hit that wall of my team taking an unreal amount of shots and the RNG is just so cruel to me, resulting in a loss. Even if you have a forward who has serious rating gaps from the defenders and the goalie, it can still happen. Is there any chance of a system that allows us to slowly improve young players during the actual season? I hate having to wait for next year because it really turns into a game of collecting youngsters and always waiting for next year to really bump up those odds to guarantee the best run at the table. It would be nice if we could trade fitness on a young player for a chance to improve them, as opposed to waiting for the next season to start and then getting an instantaneous boost to all the young player ratings. It would also be more useful during the off season, since if I remember correctly, the bump happens at the start of the next season, and you don't get to see the improvement during those crucial summer off season months.Just as a general strategy (or at least what I employ, I could be horribly wrong), make sure that whatever formation you run complements your roster well. Wen you pick that initial team, make sure that you have enough decent players (at this first league, I think a 40 is considered pretty decent), so that you have a solid starting XI. If you run a 4-4-2, make sure you have at least 2 goalies, 5 defenders, 5 midfielders, and 3 forwards. Ideally, you'd have two solid backup options to your starting XI. If there's a serious issue in one of those positions, be sure to fill the gap with a newly signed player immediately. You need that extra player at a minimum for two reasons. The first would be in the instance of an injury to a starter, and the second is in order to sub out a player that is tired. The age of the player and the quality of your fitness coach determines how quickly the players tired, I tend to sub out a player if they dip under 90% fitness. The game does provide you a formula of how fitness interacts with rating. A 40 rating player at 90% fitness has a true rating of 36. If your sub has a 36 rating or better, you want to sub them in now since it's best for that old man of a player that is super tired. I sub out pretty quickly because I get more injuries to low fitness players.In terms of grabbing players, it's mostly a gut decision. You're not going to know what sorts of injuries and players are going to fall into your lap. Make sure to grab the player if they are super young, or the deal is good, or they are an immediate improvement to your roster. Otherwise, you would want to think about if this player is even worth your time. Often, if I see a good player who's a free agent, I just go for it since this allows you to dodge the transfer fee and sign them straight away. Hell, even if the player is a free agent that is better than my best sub, if they're young, I typically go for it. Once you are playing a game, you can see your roster and the opponent roster on the right side of the interface. Tap it to toggle between your team and the opponent team. If you look on the left, you can see the formation the opponent is using and how aggressive they are playing. What I typically do if I have a solid team is run aggressive for the first half, then switch to balanced or defensive, depending on what my lead is. I'm not sure what the best mismatches are against other formations based on the game's code, so I can't say too much there. I can say that having a solid goalie is really pushing that RNG in your favor, and having a great forward is probably doing the same on the other side of the pitch.Hope that helps. Soccer Boss I am glad most of you like the game.Simba, you having 20 shots and the opponent having 2 and winning the match is in fact very common in the real world, it could mean your strikers suck or even it was just simply not there day and there goalkeeper had an amazing match.As for starting with low level teams, of course it makes perfect sense you are a brand new manager, why on earth would Liverpool or Barcelona give a rookie manager the managers job? not to mention it would ruin the challenge of the game.At the the end of each season you can apply for a number of jobs across Europe.You can transfer or loan a player simply by going into the squad menu tapping the players name and the options to transfer or loan are in there along with extending his contract.Also the tactics screen is very important to get right when building a team, 4 4 2 is a very good formation for example with a defensive mentality if things are going bad at half time try setting mentality to attacking to see if it drives the team on.The developer got in touch with me today to say he is also going to make his other game accessible, Soccer Tycoon, which I am guessing you would be the owner of a football club and the object of the game would be to become filthy rich.I have no account with applevis so if someone could post this game there it would be great as the most who can see it the better, in my opinion this game has been far long over due to the blind community for far to long. There was an update to the game at some point last night or early this morning not sure when it exactly was, but there are more crowd sounds which makes the game more fun, and there are voiceover improvement including speaking out the full title of the team position hats off to the developer for doing all this great work I hope he or she visit to the forums because they have done a great job! Ended 19'th in my first season, 8'th in the next and I am now in the leed after no defeats for 15 games or so. But sure it requires a lot of patience. Soccer Boss Well to my ttaste the game relys to much on random numbers and luck.No matter the lineup I set up, almost every shot of mine goes amiss, even though I had about 20 shots at a goal in one game, and the opposing team maybe did 5 shots at goal and scored twice.This is not what I would call a fair game experience.Greetings Moritz. It kind of sucks it forces you to play with some 3rd league teams you never heard of, and while I get the point and actually don't mind that, it's quite a small selection of countries. If we get more leagues, this could indeed be very interesting. For now, True football on Android remains the most interesting choice for me. I am glad it works with Voiceover though and the developer is receptive to accessibility feedback.
