He can cry all he wants, he can say that he owns reality software, he can even say that im a lire who has a nack for being unsuccessful, but it wont change my choice after the damage hes caused not only here, but in the testing folder, and I wont give him the plesure of seeing the dm series die just because hes not here to quote code 80 percent endquote, which by the way he did not do and I have the proof to make that claim, so yeah. Anyways, this thread is getting way too personal. That was not why it was started, and this is not why I made the game. If you were wundering why we admins were raving about the slot machines ripping us off on chat then someone suddenly dieing, its because yes, finily, slot machines are implemented for next update and yes, we got into a spacebar brall, resulting in the rather violant death of someone, fortunitly said insadent took place in deep space. And no, were not cleaning up the mess we caused in the station. JK. Anyways, ive also fixt up the recent bug with upgrading sensors crashing the game, and the newest change, which may effect you. When using shields, if they go down now they will become damaged, and will not be able to be restarted until you repair the generator. This stops people from winning fights by powering on their shields after they go offline. The thing here is that he was banned for asking too many questions and breaking a few rules. Ask yourself this, who has done more damage to DMNB, Tyler or Ethin? The latter has consistently banned players for breaking game rules. Meanwhile, what does he do? He uses his power as an administrator to cuss players out and threaten to ban them. He also began to maximize the stats of his ship to such a high level, that no common player could even concieve of acquiring a ship with stats that high buying the most advanced ship in the game. This is what he has been and is known for doing as an admin. To see for yourself, just read Dannys posts on the UltraPower topic and you will see how he used his admin status on the UP server to increase his characters strength. I shouldnt need to say much more. Danny has done what he shouldve done a while ago by removing him as an admin. I wish him the best with this new server. He deserves better than this. The game should hopefully return to normal after this is resolved. Dont you see how I was treated when I tried to evade a ban once? I was called several names. I dont care anymore, because that was the past. I try to forget the past. I have left the fact of my ban, depressing as it was, because of the events that had happened before it, behind. I could care less if I was banned from DMNB again and again for infinity. DMNB will never be the same. For gods sake, you can be banned for making a joke, in Vlads case. All of this needs to stop. I am tired of seeing people ban people just because thay are mad at that person. I cant just sit there and let it all destroy the game. The admins are good, but the things they have and still are doing arent. I ;m not starting a flame war. As I said before, I am past the ban. DMNB is metiforically like a hood in a gangster movie. You say the wrong thing, or come around with different clothes than the gang, you get shot. You make a joke, accidentally do something and get accused of cheating, you get banned. Come on guys. Come together. Play this game for what it is. Stop getting so angry with each other and stop taking your anger out on players. That is what bounty missions are for. Virtually ban those pirated starships. not innocent players. If I were an admin, yes Vlad would be banned for the past stuff like the destruction of Signeys Alpha, but he would be back on. He however, wouldnt be banned for telling a joke. Nowhere in the rules does it state that someone should be banned for joking? If I were an admin, Mel would still be an admin. Devin AKA Speeder on this forum, who goes to school with me, said that Id be a great admin. I am logical. I can put a poin t across, and I can make good judgement. Switching back to the fictitious admins point of view. I would have banned myself for the spamming of Danny. And the other stuff too. That just comes back to the banning because of anger game again. Ethin, [[wow]], man. First you accuse me of hacking DMNB, and dont give me any evidence, next you accuse Vlad, and then give some evidence, of course he got the nice side of you. At least Vlad didnt have to get what you gave me. Of course, you cant really blame Vlad like that. Yes, he evades his ban. Who are you to just throw some list of address and say that they are his? For all you know some of them could have been Danny or someone else. You cant just throw that stuff out and say it is someone unless you have thourally checked the proposed evidence. Half of this was wrong and half of this was just down right drama. If someone evades their ban, ban them again. Dont ban them and then go into a forum and put out threats towards the person and then put some list of addresses that you think were his, without checking That is unlawful In court, you are told what youre accused of, and the evidence that has been researched and looked through is given. No threats are exchanged. . Vlad is actually doing you a big favor. Evading the bans means that you need to make your ban script mor powerful, like making it automatically uninstall DMNB after the ban, and not alow the person to download the setup file again. Danny, I sent you an email yesterday. It was to the address that you registered on the forum with[[wow]], funny how a bit of advice could be turned into a dang essay. Furthermore, it is not a crime to use a vpn to log into a server, so long as you arent banned in the first place. The tricky thing to prove is that he is the one who is behind a vpn. What you dont want is to go on a witch hunt and ban anyone who is found using a different ip to log in. A possible scenario could involve me being at a friends house and using their computer to play the game. So, you will have to really make sure that you have identified the correct individual.
