Re: beatstar soundpacks! I haven't tried those face the music ones. But I did try the world music one, which has like 61 levels. As a result, I got nearly a million beatcoins. Unfortunately those are a bit off beat too, they mostly start fine but because the levels are so incredibly long at the end most of them go off. I don't know who made this pack, maybe it was mentioned in this thread earlier but I couldn't find it. There's a lot of really fun tracks in there. I wish we had the musicWorld1 action sounds in there though, these are just downright annoying. Somehow I did manage to play through the whole thing in probably more than an hour.Maybe I ought to try face the music as well. Personally, I'd advise you against the face the music packs.They're incredibly long (60+ levels), and "unsyncronized" doesn't quite seem to cover it.I'd really like these if the sounds were actually on beat, but they're so far off its not even funny (its more a matter of your ability to guess when to press the key than listening to the music). This pack have given me so much trouble so I was about to give up, but Ive decided to upload it anyway, hoping that youll enjoy it as it is. I have tried to adjust the volume of the songs, but that could be improved for sure. Ive run into a very annoying issue with the pack, which is the reason for I nearly gave up. I cant figure out why, but sometimes the rhythm is not in sync. It fails big time, and I have done my best to fix that by editing the bpm file. But I cant fix it no matter what i do. I have spend a lot of work making this pack and trying to fix this issue, so Im uploading it, hoping that youll enjoy a pack which is my biggest failure, but also a very nice song collection . As Im writing this, I dont wan na spend more time on the pack, but I might give it a try again later on. If someone have any clue on why the heck it is failing, I would love to hear about it. If someone can help me to fix this, it would be really awesome.So, why is it called Greenday The story collection? Im a big fan of Greenday, so I have all their music. I have made the pack so it follows their story, like it starts with some of their oldest songs, and ends with some of their newest songs. I havent included the newest three albums because I simply dont like them. But I have selected songs from the most pobular albums instead.I would originally have called the pack Greenday, but someone have made a Greenday pack as well, I have to choose a different name. My Greenday pack have 21 songs in it. I was forced to skip some songs because of the sync issue which was a shame, but well...I hope you at leased will enjoy this pack. You see, even though a song sounds like its done in 4-4 time, the fact is that most bands that record everything including drumbs as real instraments is that humans arent always going to follow a strict mathematical timeing. It may sound like 4-4 time to the human ear, but the tempo can vary by a few milliseconds at a time, and that really messes with the beets in beetstar.We dont realise a problem exists because our minds tend to correct vary small mistakes in the rhythm of a song.Also, if a song is vary fast or slow, it becomes harder to find an exact timing in milliseconds for that song.a commin situation is that fast songs tend to fall behind, and slow songs have the actions get way ahead of the music.The only thing I can say is that you have to use a sound program to cut as close to a down-beet as possible, then try and find the closest matching tim ing with the bpm file.If you find the timing is still way off, you could try using a time correction feeture to vary slightly increase or decrease the tempo of the song to try and get it to match.if that doesnt work, you could try cutting the end of your loop a little earlier or later than usual to attempt to make the beet catch up.If youre stil having problems, I wouldnt mind taking a look at your files and seeing if I can do anything to fix it for you. Hay ogomez92 and all who downloaded my rhythm_heaven_feaver packs, please remove them from your game and ogomez92 from your server.I have just uploaded Rhythm_Heaven_Fever.pack and rhythm_Heaven_Fever_Japanese.pack.I had to correct the spelling of fever as I was in a hurry and needed to fix that. Okay, the rhythm heaven feaver packs have just been uploaded.The one thats just called rhythm heaven feaver is the japanese version, so if you want english lyrics, please download the english version.I did it this way because the quality of the english vocal songs isnt as good as the originals.I have to apologise in advance for the horid quality of dreams of our genoration in english as it came from more than one source.I did manage to salvage it by using a lets play video and mixing it with the version from khinsider.I will be fixing it at some point.With respect to crashmaster, or whom ever did the original pack, I did include all the songs from the original pack, just fixed right.They arent in the same order, but they are all their.Also, I did include a few of the post-credits remixes because theyre so great, just saying...Enjoy, and stay tuned for my final vg-related pack, elite beat agents! The last time I did, I had actually backed up my Beatstar folder and the .dat file to an external hard drive, just so that if something happens to my main computer, I wont lose all my packs and data.Well, just now, when I launched the game, it acted like I was running it for the first time! I have no beatcoins, and I cant buy any packs. When I go into the packs folder, all my previously purchased packs are there.Whats going on? When I reinstalled Windows on this computer, it didnt give me any trouble when I transferred the Beatstar folder over. Why is it suddenly doing this? As far as I can find out, only Japanese and English versions of Rhythm Heaven Fever were ever done.The PAL and AUS versons allow switching between the two languages listed above so I really think if Spanish were done it would have been included.Sorry. Re: beatstar soundpacks! im doing a huge soundpack for beatstar, its called nintendo famicom collection for now.it has the following structure:first, you will hear the intro music for a game, the first one is adventure island. after the intro, you will pplay with the musics of that particular game.After all musics from a game are completed, you will hear the ending song, then the intro music for the next game, and so on, until you complete the entire soundpack, about 35 levels i think. yeah, its huge and it will be difficult, but im complicated as well, so, lets see what can i do.tomorrow ill post a sample of my soundpack, hope you like it!
