@7 i would seriously wonder if you need to make a reinstall of windows. Especially then if it came outa nowhere basically. I would try to go back a version since it offers you this and then you can do the new functions update

You can use rufus portable, go to rufus.ie to download it. Not sure if it requires admin rights to make a USB with it though.

Hi.You could try BeMyEyes and asking someone what they see.If you press enter on restart to restart the laptop that might help too, or you could try holding down the power button until you here the fans go off completely
