don't mean to offend anyone, but 2 is the default setting, the fact 3200 or 4000 sounds better in your system is highlighting that there is an imbalance there, likely that the bass is not being articulated correctly and needs emphasis which the lower values give. -- SBGK

been described as having a forward sound, maybe this is the sound he is after, not my cup of tea. I would advise buying the audiophillio if that is the desired effect as am not convinced SBT can be tweaked to do it. -- SBGK
