I am using SqueezeCenter 7.0, Transporter firmware version 36, and have my files encoded in Apple Lossless format. I have also tried resetting the Transporter by holding down the 1 button, and to no avail. -- kearhear

OK, so first off FF/REW aren't supported for ALAC. However, you should of course be able to skip to next/prev with those buttons. The thing with the disappearing tracks usually happens when SC decides a file doesn't exist - it gets deleted from the database (hence the need for a rescan). This
