Rosemarie, It was hardback. I do not think it has an e-version. I think he just publish 100 books. I think the author may be reached in face book at https://www.facebook.com/igortmefranca?fref=ts . Ask him if he has more copies to sell. If not I will do a scanning of the names included :)
