My grandparents Manuel S.  Mary R. Silva lived in the Applegate/Jordan/Whitmore area of Atwater, CA during late 1920's 1930's.  They had a large family of 12 children.  Child #12 was Charles born 18 Dec 1928 died 17 Jan 1929.  We have funeral records showing him buried in the Winton
