The last name here should be spelled Abrao. It became Brown because is
sounds like aBron to Americans.
The place in Alameda County is not Dakota, but Decoto. This is currently
Fremont , CA and borders the Niles district
You can find them on these Ancestry trees
Decoto is in Union City, Ca I grew up in Union City and its still there.
