Hi Mara, I found one Secia in Portugal born in 1890 and died in 1979 in Lisbon. He is also Manuel Secia and came to the US for a brief period but lived most of his life on the mainland of Portugal. He has one reminding grandson Joao and a great grandson Pedro. I am in contact with Pedro. He
