I wonder if anyone can give me a lead on the above person. There is a lot of evidence that the correct last name may have been Miquelina rather than Souza, but I can't get anywhere with either of them. He was born in Sao Vincente on the Island of Sao Miguel and the birthdate is 8/29/1876 He
