[BackupPC-users] No files dumped for share

After installing BackupPC in a container of my QNAP, I'm stuck with the configuration. 1. If I use the netbios name of the host, then the NAS (server) can't ping. 2. If I use the IP address of the host, then the ping works, but it says "No files dumped for share" see attached. Any idea?

Hi Alexander , Ok I found out where the issues was , I made some changes in the config.pl but not in the host config from the cgi nor in the localhost.pl. So when I run the Backuppc_dump it doesn't consider the general configuration in the config.pl but instead the localhost.pl . The issue was

Please remove the -q option. Try adding -v (or even -vv) to the ssh args. What happens if you run some other command, eg, /bin/date? What happens if you run some path that doesn't exist, eg, /bin/foobar. Examples: /usr/bin/ssh -v -x -l backuppc localhost /bin/date /usr/bin/ssh -v -x -l
