Actually as far as I know the director can just mount one volume from on pool simultaneously. If jobs use the same volume from the pool they would write and run at the same time. But in your case both jobs have different pools.

Hello good people,
I always thought my 8 years of extensive usage of bacula makes me a
master of it, but I have failed :-p.
Currently, I am checking a foreign bacula setup for disaster restore
capabilities and I am running into a restore issue when I am trying to
restore data via bextract.
make_mysql_tables is a shell script, not just a set of SQL statements.
Run it by itself, providing whatever options you need to connect to and
authenticate with the correct MySQL instance.
In your case, it looks like you just need to get rid of "mysql <" on
your command line.

So in this case, DiffPool-0046 and IncPool-0051 are "truncated" twice.
I noticed this on a system that has quit a few more volumes than it
really needs (I will get around to deleting them one day) and the same
volumes are re-truncated every time
. For previous
releases (7.0.x and earlier - I haven't run 7.2) the behaviour was that
only purged volumes that had not been truncated were written to (i.e.
the truncate was done).
Possibly related, I see that volumes that are marked as purged have a
non zero job count.

I asked this question a couple of months ago and didn't get a
response, but have seen a few sort of similar questions lately and
thought that I would ask again before trying this in production.
I have a disk based pool and want to run concurrent
devices utilising the same disk
based pool a valid approach to doing concurrent backups or is it not
supposed to work?
I am happy to provide the full configuration files or any other
information that may be required.

= no;
Maximum Concurrent Jobs = 1;
Maximum Concurrent Jobs is set to 10 or more everywhere (director and
SD) else so that it is the availability of a device that limits how
many concurrent jobs can run (4 in this case).
I am happy to provide the rest configuration if needed.
Thanks

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has written a bacula query that you can
run to find out what clients haven't been backed up within a certain
time period? If so could you share? I'm not an SQL guy which is why I
am asking.
Thank you,

Below is a copy of the VSS error.

The SageFAS directory does not appear to be backed up.
How can I re-include the SageFAS directory?
