Well the information from barry identify needs to have a manufacturer
(RIM) and a product i.e 'Blackberry' and then some other stuff such as

Chris, did you ever use my research into the product id? I've tested
many phones and a lot of the values hold up and would be useful to use
as a way to identify the devices being plugged in.
