There are two separate suits presently underway in the state of
Arkansas. One has the state of Oklahoma suing Arkansas (or at least
threatening to) over phosphorus levels in Arkansas rivers that flow into
Oklahoma. The other is the citizen group suit regarding arsenic.

Martha--I think you and I live in the same general region of the country
so you probably know that here in the Ozark bioregion huge confined
animal operations are the norm (hogs and poultry). There used to be
trout farms but those have gone by the wayside with the decline in water

However the fish in the pond have some choice as to what they eat. In a
tank or in any industrial animal operation, you are essentially engaging
in force feeding. The issue to a biodynamic farmer, who takes into
account the spiritual effects of his/her methods, would be how those

Hey Allan,
I recall you posting awhile back that there's one particular homeopathic
potency of Rhus Tox that's effective for treating poison ivy reactions
and that other potencies are likely to be ineffective or may even
exacerbate the problem. Please say again. A friend of mine recently
Contrary to the constant claims by pesticide manufacturers that no
research exists showing harmful health effects, we now have a new French

There's a wonderful herb called valerian. Highly recommended.
Its also pretty obvious that if fruit unwashed during processing is
picked by farm laborers living without decent sanitation, the
contamination could very well have come from their hands. Another

Dear Micah,
It crossed my mind after reading your post to wonder whether you were
being asked to help heal that spot in some way, as a prelude to growing
there. Wonder what would come up if you asked what is needed in that
spot.
Best wishes,

Tony--My knowledge of the periodic table and the elements is pretty
dismal. Since some of the numbers I posted were for soil samples around
a fast oxide nuclear reactor, I was assuming Ce = cesium. As always,
