Book knowledge, information knowledge can't cover the emotions that it all
entails. It takes BOTH learned knowledge and experience, IMHO.

Absolutely, I agree with you! Without being a breeder, I will never
understand what I would do in similar circumstances. I know there are
some very hard decisions, and without being in the position of having to
make them, I'm only a Monday morning quarterback.
