I have wiped the phone and deleted the service books and pushed them back from
the server.
I have to make sure the user has no rules but she says she does not have any.
Yes I also wiped and deleted the account and re-activated..

almost sounds like the user has their mail moved to a PST rather than leaving
it
on the server - obviously BES can only see what's on the server - does OWA show
the messages?

Relatively new to this list, I'm having a problem with one of my BESX users.
Her blackberry is only pulling down some events, not all. We have email
forwarding disabled on the device, but I don't believe it should make a
difference.
Thanks.

Has anyone been able to find and implement any 3rd party app to take
advantage of the GPS tracking option built in to BES 5.0.1? I called
their support and they don't recommend anything but their utility to

I've searched though Google and haven't been able to
Can you clarify the issue? When you say it is not pulling down all
events, what is it missing?
EG: Are self created meetings coming down? What about meetings from
others? What about appointments? Are any of the events not coming down
marked as Private?
Also, are you using an Exchange server
Using SBS2003 w/ BESX installed on the same box in house.
Some events are forwarding to the device, but not all on the user's calendar.
Another user on the same system is not having any problems at all.
Put in 6events on owa today, none forwarded. Resent service books, battery
pull, no change.
Hi Evan,
Thanks for more information but can you please be extremely specific? You
said Some events are forwarding to the device, but not all on the user's
calendar. Which events forwarded? Are they meetings? Are they appointments?
Did someone else send them to the User having the problem.
Since
Sorry if I'm not clarifying more. The events are all appointments and being put
directly into the user's own outlook calendar.
Might need to go that route of re-activating the device.
Service book resend did not work, but manual calendar sync did work from the
besx console.
