I have wiped the phone and deleted the service books and pushed them back from the server. I have to make sure the user has no rules but she says she does not have any. Yes I also wiped and deleted the account and re-activated.. Anthony 415-615-5072 From: bes-admins-boun...@dataoutages.com

[Bes-admins] BESX Calendar not pulling down all events

2010-08-17 Thread Evan Levine
Relatively new to this list, I'm having a problem with one of my BESX users. Her blackberry is only pulling down some events, not all. We have email forwarding disabled on the device, but I don't believe it should make a difference. Thanks. Regards, Evan Levine Systems Engineer Domain

Using SBS2003 w/ BESX installed on the same box in house. Some events are forwarding to the device, but not all on the user's calendar. Another user on the same system is not having any problems at all. Put in 6events on owa today, none forwarded. Resent service books, battery pull, no change.

Hi Evan, Thanks for more information but can you please be extremely specific? You said Some events are forwarding to the device, but not all on the user's calendar. Which events forwarded? Are they meetings? Are they appointments? Did someone else send them to the User having the problem. Since

Sorry if I'm not clarifying more. The events are all appointments and being put directly into the user's own outlook calendar. Might need to go that route of re-activating the device. Service book resend did not work, but manual calendar sync did work from the besx console. To give some
