We're running 4.1.7 with the latest MR on SBS2k3 (therefor exchange 2k3) and IE8 happily together. Perhaps there is a hotfix you installed which makes your environment different. Are you running sql or msde? Could you elaborate on what you mean by your BES being hosted? -Original

Unless the server resends a policy it does not control the device as far as policy items, it is the policy itself which controls the device locally. Other than MDS and hard deletes (besides the obvious wireless reconciliation and folder redirection), I can't think of anything else offhand which

We had a few issues late last night with MDS and early this morning with our BES in Toronto, users on various Canadian and American carriers, users were in Toronto and New York/Pennsylvania. Email, lookups, seemed ok, sync was slow. Seems GRX roaming was also affected afterall. -Original
