Of course, today there isn't a problem, and 1384853950 downloads happily
from both servers.
I suspect that the servers' indexes are updated separately from updating
the deb file, so there's a window when they don't match?

This guinea pig ran a new and changed scan using 7.8.0 - 1384853950 on
win 7/64.
No significant extra time taken as my covers are pretty good, its the
artists that are taking time to get up to scratch.
