Around noon today there were 2500+ Snow Geese in the sod fields at the corner of Highway 138 and Lafleche Road, just south of Highway 417. There were some blue morphs in the group. There was a large flock on each side of Lafleche Road, one mixed with Canada Geese and the other mixed with Canada

While cycling through the Earl Rowe Park today I came across 5 Snow Geese, sitting on the shoreline in the reservoir. There were three adult white-phase and two dark juveniles. To reach Earle Rowe Park from Hwy 400 take the Cookstown cutoff for hwy 89 and head west. Follow Hwy 89 through Alliston
