Black Vulture
Take Comber exit off 401, go north first left is Lakeshore rd 305, head west,
about 1 km on the south side, bird was about 100m from the road out in the
middle of the field.

At 4:32 pm the Eurasian tree sparrow flew in to the platform feeder and stayed
for less than 30 seconds. It was by itself. Very skittish.

I just found a juvenile/ female Harlequin Duck in the canal at the far end of
the Port Dover pier right in front of the parking area. It was swimming very
close to the parking lot loosely associating with a small group of Buffleheads.
Some crappy record shots taken.
Port Dover is located on HWY
Several fellow birders and I observed the Townsend's Solitaire today around
noon after a good hour of searching. This time it was seen on Evertson
Road about 100 to 150 metres (south) from Hannah Road. Strong winds added
to the difficult task.
Directions: Take 401, get off at 28 and take it nort

Has been seen visiting front yard table feeder at 15732 Niagara River Parkway
in a large flock of resident sparrows. Feeder can be viewed easily from car
window on service road 70. Discovered by Brianne Corcoran and confirmed by
Gerry Shemilt and Craig Corcoran.
