At 12:30 am I flushed a Short-eared Owl from a scrubby area at the base of one of the old hydro towers leading to the decommissioned Lakeview Coal-fired Power Plant site (exact co-ordinates: 43.575234; -79.55394). It flew south and landed in similar scrubby area secure by 'No tresspassing signs'
