On a bitterly cold morning I stood on the town bridge in Almonte and scanned the 100s of Geese. There is one Pied-billed Grebe near the bridge amoungst them. Who knew that "pie" had a past tense. West on 417 to exit for Almonte. Drive into town and the bridge is on Bridge st. Cheers Iain
