At 8 AM on 15 June, the Rideau Lakes Birding Club observed an adult
Yellow-crowned Night-Heron on the grass right near the parking lot of Mac
Johnson Conservation Area. Helen just shared some of her
I observed an adult Yellow-crowned Night-Heron at 7 pm. tonight at the Mac
Johnson Wildlife Area (aka the Back Pond) 4649 Debruge Rd. From the 401 Hwy.
take the Hwy. 29 exit into Brockville. Proceed north on Hwy. 29 aka Stewart
Blvd. about 5 minutes to Tincap. There is a restaurant and set of

The highlight of the week was a YELLOW-THROATED VIREO near Breckenridge on
the 9th, but not refound. Another interesting bird
Posting for Mourad Jabra He has just found an adult breeding plumaged laughing
gull at the main pier at port Dover. He was going back for his scope but wanted
to get word out to those interested.
Hwy 6 south to port Dover stop when you get to water.
