After having not seen the pine grosbeaks for a couple days, they just made an
appearance (4:45 p.m.) in the crabapple tree again. There were 6 of them.
The pine siskins are still hanging around cleaning out the feeder and

This afternoon around 2:30 p.m. there were about 9 pine grosbeaks in the
crabapple tree. The pine siskins are still hanging about. Other birds joining
the fun are a flock of goldfinches and half a dozen juncos.
