there is lots of info and debates on this on the web, not just regular
sites but also computer magazine sites and all kinds of others that are
pointing out that chrome does collect info from its users, that is
questionable.

Hi, the person in question can use Narrator to help him through the setup
process. After that he can install JAWS, which really should be version 9
since version 8 is pretty poor in terms of performance under Vista. I have
Vista myself so know what I'm talking about smiles.
