When you restore from a backup image, the formatting of the hard drive will
be done as you restore the image. I believe that whatever the format of the
old drive is, the new drive will use the same format. When you complete the
restore you will want to check that the drive is formatted

I think it should be well worth noting here that what ever the format the
old drive is, will be formatted to the new drive, as someone else suggested,
however, the thing is, and I don't think you realize this, as I made this
mistake also.

I have discovered that the problem only exists with Firefox. I can not get
any speech in combo boxes and when I close or exit the box, it appears that
the cursor loses focus entirely. IE appears to be fine, but if I can't use
