Right click on the flash drive and select Proper

Jaws cursor down a few lines and it will read either NTFS or FAT. Nearly
all flash drives come preformatted as FAT, for compatibility with the Mac.
You may notice some increase in read/write performance by reformatting it
There may be some interruptions in list service over night as the host company
is doing an IP redirect. All that means is a minor inconvenience but everything
should be cleared up by tomorrow. If not you'll know when I do is the best I

What are the steps in finding what format a flash drive is formatted in? I
am running XP Home & Jaws 10. I have looked in the properties and didn't
see anything in there. Did I overlook or miss something? All help will be

On certain games and applications when I plug my usb head set in I get some
sounds from the head set and others from the laptop speakers, how do I go about
making them all come from the headset?

Not had problems like this myself but try updating the driver by right
clicking the unknown device and choose update driver.

In Windows7 device maniger, I had six issues in the other folder. Three was
base or something like that, and the other three are called unknown.
