With System Access's Remote Access feature, is it quite like Tandem,
where I could connect to somebody's machine no matter where they are in
the world, and help out with their computer? If so, does the other
machine also have to have System Access like they have to have JAWS for

retrieve my details, and I can still log in even though I haven't used
it for months. So far I am really liking both the product and their

well since it takes very little time to create an account, and since you may
have deleted the e-mail address they had on file, why not just create a new
