If everything is unavailable, that means either no file is open or the
file format is not supported. I am having no problems here as long as
the format is supported. Just play with it a bit longer, you'll
certainly get a way to manipulate it. Try opening popular formats such
as MP3

In VLC media player, you would most likely just go to navigation menu, open
select title sub menu, and there choose episodes/chapters
