Hi everyone,
Although it's been a while since I've joined this group, I guess I couldn't
properly introduce myself. I am Pramit. I am visually impaired and cannot
read at all.
As my vision kept dropping, technology (mobile & PC) has had a huge impact
as it has enabled me to still continue to
Yeah, definitey enjoying the video series. It's the exact thing I've
always wanted to create myself for folks to use, and every time I see
one of it's videos, I keep thinking to myself how badly I want to buckle
down and produce such a game development environment myself, but I've
never
Hi Travis,
Thanks for the message and good spot on noticing about the vulnerability.
Currently when creating an enemy you can set its natural resistance , for
example you could maybe add water resistance to a water spirit. You can’t
however currently add vulnerability to enemies, although
In the demo, when creating an enemy, it asked for enhancements (or
whatever it was), but it never asked for vulnerabilities. I'd think a
wolf (since it has fur) would be vulnerable to fire, but there's no
option to specify this in the enemy creation routine.

Travis, agree with much of what you say here. However, the problem is that they
are guidelines. As long as they are only guidelines people are not required to
abide by them but instead can say, oh we won’t bother about those, they’re only
guidelines.

Apple has guidelines yes, but how often are those guidelines neglected
when it comes to labeling graphics, buttons, links and the like. How
many times are those guidelines ignored when it comes to making
graphical apps accessible?
Apple has guidelines, and they have a decent amount of them,
dont try to install games on chromebook on crostini with wine
just tryed top speed3 with wine on crostini

This is a game I heard about, mentioned in the blindCoolTech newsletter,
and, the developer/author made specific efforts to make sure it can be
played accdessibly - have already tried it out on my windows 10 pro 64
bit machine, running NVDA, and, works very nicely - did choose the

Hi Robert,
Thanks for the interest in the project. Yes, there are tools which can help,
since I’m used to working with Sable I just use the method which I find easiest
and quickest for the purpose of the videos. However, with the indoor room
creation in the video, a few things you could do
Are their tools for the folks who have never created a world before, and could
possibly get lost in our own world, creating the right size room? ETC? Or is
creating indoor rooms always gonna be trial and error. For example, what if I
get the X and Y axis mixed up, can the engine help me to
Hi everyone
For those interested the link to the fifth video in the series is below. For
anyone new to the topic the video series shows our developer tools (Sable)
and demonstrates how they can be used to create an RPG audio game without
the need for any coding or scripting. Although our long
Hi I'm really impressed with these, however how are you supposed to
decide what you want to happen? I baught one and it just opens in my
player, there's no way to change things, and the story doesn't seem to
have an actual ending.
