get my hand back there. Once you can get your hand on this ledge, there should be a drain hole there. Mine was plugged and I just ran a coat hanger down through a few times to make sure I cleared the drain and I haven't had a problem since. hope I was clear enough and this helps. Eric

I don't know what your budget is, but if you can afford it, buy the olympus ds-71 recorder, about $350 and it has 4 gig of internal memory and there are three options of recording, dictation, lecture hall, and conference room. I'm sure this little device will do the trick. Eric
