Hi, I am looking for a battery tester that would be accessible. I want to
test batteries like D, C, AA, AAA, 9 vote and 6 vote batteries. I really
don't want something that has a gage just something that will say like Best,
Good or Bad. Thanks ahead of time for any info.

What I do at times is grab a heavy piece of paper or thin
cardboard and make a template and then use that to drill my

I have no legal background, so am talking out of my ass.
Firstly, this does not sound like a title claim. I thought a title claim
was to ensure that you own the home outright, with no leans or
delinquencies against the property. I did not think the title search
covers issues such as this.
Yes, I think this goes back to the title company or the appraiser.
Whenever I've sold a home, they have to look for the surveyors pins,
and if they can't find them, then I've had to pay to have them set.
My friend in Hawaii bought a home and was told before the purchase
that the people next
Well, I guess that I will try and help take the carport down. I talked to a
zoning officer today. The carport must be within 3 feet of a property line.
It was illegally erected in the first place.

Well doctor Dan, you are exactly right. Having worked for a mortgage company
where I removed liens from properties, which involved title searching, this
will not fall under a title search.
However, on the legal description of the mortgage is, or should be, the
boundaries of the property.
I found it quite amusing when I was building my deck to find out what the
zoning restrictions were. They said I could build the deck up to three
feet from my property line. When I asked about putting the stairs in,
they said that the deck was hard construction, but that the stairs were
soft
It sounds to me as if the neighbor is unhappy for some reason with his house
and the sale from the original owner. He may want more than money since it he
keeps pushing his new neighbor to sue the previous owners. Of course, it could
just be his way of convincing himself that he is not an ass
Lenny,
That should have been disclosed at the sell.

Bill,
Before you try a acid, use white vinegar and take a headless nail and clean
out the holes in the bowl. Than add some CLR to the tank water before
flushing. Than about once or twice a week add a 1/4 cup of bleach to the tank.
Use to do this in my rentals

When I lived in Charlotte, there is a community with high 6 and 7 figure
houses. But if your neighbor sneezed, you'd catch what he had. The houses
were that close. If I pay a million dollars for a house, I'm not going to want
my neighbor living where my garage should be...

ah-ha. you bring up property/survey pins. . In my first two house we
bought there was no pins discussed. however when we sold our last
house the bank he had insisted on pins. and I loved it. the neighbor

How do you know when you have enough oil in a compresser? I know what you
will likely say look at the gage. Little hard to do when you are totally
blind. Sure, I could get sighted help, but would like to do this
independenly.

Buy a model that don't use oil.
You can have someone help mark the dipstick at the correct level, then
attempt to feel with your fingers the oil on the dipstick. don't work all
that well for me though.
