Had the same problem on a 5209, removed /var/run/dbus/system_bus_socket and
then rebooted.
Result: admin server didn't answer anymore...

After some deeper digging it seemed that in the admin server config the
SSLEngine was off (no idea why that has changed by itself)
# ssl is on for the admin server by default
SSLEngine off
Changed to SSLEngine on and all seems OK again.
Weird...
