Are you using any "exotic" characters in your password? We did have an issue at some point, but I thought I had fixed that a while ago. Nothing more exotic than a dash. Would it work without the dash? Is there more than one version of 7.9.2? I got it from http://downloads.slimdevices.com/. I

Maybe someone will tell you (I don't remember) how to save "My Favorites" from your LMS installation. Then I would remove all the files from logitechmediaserver on your computer and reinstall. I have had this problem several times, and the easiest cure was to do this. In linux the file to save
