Hello Sir,
I changed the ID_HRT value to the one defined in "include/rt/defines.h" but
I am still not able to get any output.
For the other errors, I am still figuring out how to use GDB.

the *"part" *patch and felt that I made the necessary
changes.
It would be a lot help if someone could help me with the debugging.
I apologize for my unprofessional behaviour, but my curiousness to get the
patch working made me flush the list with mails.

Hello,
PFA the link for the patch for HRT primitive:
https://sourceforge.net/p/brlcad/patches/459/
Also, I added the line

in rt.cl file.
But I am getting a blank screen in the buffer frame.

Hello,
In clt_frame() function clt_shade_segs_kernel is launced over 1-D threads.
But in the kernel definition *"get_global_id(1)" *is also used. Though this
would not give wrong output but, technically its wrong.
Correct me if I am missing something.

Another scope of optimization which I feel is to use atomic operations. I
realized this while reading the rt.cl code. I feel there is a scope of
using atomic operations to boost.
What are your views regarding this?

'make hrt hrt' gives usage error as 'hrt' is not in the name list.

Hello,
The OpenCL rt finally works :)
To test my code, could someone please give me some set of commands to
successfully make and run raytrace over an HRT primitive.
I tried:

But 'rt' command fails for this. (Error:
