lyric is encountered. This can lead to issues when there are
additional notes,
but no more lyrics. This patch adds a check to see if a
melisma is ending, completetizing the extender if appropriate.

slurred group, I'd prefer this because it allows to put slurs freely
without worrying about the extender.

You're right, GCC 4.3.2 manages to compile the newest version, so it's
