A "3 Aug" snapshot seems to have solved the problem.
On i386 I did a quick mount/ls/umount/disklabel without any problems.
On amd64 I did a successful upgrade on the USB stick.
Perfect!
My NA200 (both 600MHz and 1.2 GHz version) can boot again with this
diff.

entire OpenBSD team!
Could this be commited before 4.8 release?

the resulting kernel doesn't work. The only difference to
the snapshot kernel is the compiler.
