 The ITS section is responsible for the development and maintenance of the
OED’s technology infrastructure.  The infrastructure includes:analysis,
design, and programming for systems residing on an MVS mainframe in a COBOL

Internet/Intranet environments; Interactive Voice Response systems; and
imaging systems. The database technology is primarily Oracle.

Project Manager II projects, performs business and systems analysis and
carries out planning for an array of application development, strategic
planning and infrastructure initiatives. 5 years of PM experience with
large, complex, multi-dimensional projects is required. A clear and concise
resume relevant to the 5 year experience must be submitted. Key person with

Contractor will work with Bureau of Information Technology staff, and
Identified program area personnel, to convert existing authorization and
facility based document templates to a new platform.DEP is in the process
of re-writing its Electronic Discharge Monitoring Report (eDMR), and the
National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Management System (NMS).
The eDMR system is currently used to enter monthly, quarterly, semiannual,
or annual DMRs as specified by permits issued by PA DEP. The NMS system is
currently used by DEP staff to manage the monitoring and reporting
requirements on DMRs, as well as managing/generating permit documents and
other informational reports.

Both of these systems are in the process of being re-written as the Water
Management System (WMS). As a result of the new system, various reports and
the previous authorization and facility based documents will need to be
updated to retrieve data elements from the new data source. New document
generation techniques will be utilized to create the new templates; SSRS
will be used to create the new reports.

Contractor will work with Bureau of Information Technology staff, and
Identified program area personnel, to convert existing authorization and
facility based document templates to a new platform. The new Document
Generator is based on the Open XML standard format, and utilizes Microsoft
Word content controls.

The data source for the document generation process will be an xml file.
The content controls in the document template will contain an xpath
statement which points to the xml file, and retrieve a piece of data,
evaluate a condition, or select a set of elements to repeat.

After successfully converting the old documents, the contractor will
transition to developing queries for new internal and external SSRS reports
for the Water Management System (WMS) Project. This will be accomplished by
reviewing existing reports that are to be consolidated and re-written
against the new data structures in the Oracle Database Management System.

The Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) is seeking an experienced Web
Developer to research, develop and launch a single online portal to deliver
HIV prevention and treatment information to audiences in Ga. Ultimately
this position seeks to link those living with HIV/AIDS with care and to
alleviate stigma associated with HIV.  This position is federally funded
through the CAPUS HIV care and prevention grant and is expected to be
funded for approximately five (5) months.

Reporting directly to the Director, Communications, the incumbent will work
in a fast-paced, deadline driven, collaborative and dynamic environment
along with principals in DPH’s HIV Unit and external partners to create an
online information portal delivering a sustainable, community-based,
culturally and linguistically competent system of care for HIV clients.
Fulfilling DPH’s vision of this portal requires the ability to create a
site framework foundation in hypertext transfer protocol over SSL with
multiple layers of user authentication to verify clearance and access to
data protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act
(HIPAA).  Static content will be authored by subject matter experts (SME’s)
and the position requires experience authoring and providing training in a
Drupal environment with full social media integration.  The Web Developer
will work with internal database coders to integrate SENDSS-driven data
with encryption where needed.

The successful candidate will develop and execute an online information hub
for use by various populations by collaborating with staff in the Division
of Communications, the HIV Unit, and informatics/database managers to meet
requirements, grant/funding-related deliverables, and other routine tasks
on track and within budgetary guidelines and restrictions.  This position
works with staff to develop metrics for program/plan evaluation. This role

Client is seeking a Software engineer with Data Warehouse and Big Data
experience to support Disney's Data Solutions division. They will work with
a team to help build the Japan Operational Data store among other projects
for ESPN and Parks and Resorts.

This person will be responsible for 90% development and 10% architecture.
They will be solving business problems using infromatica and solutioning
around the ETL process. This person needs to understand how to
implemenation versus simply migrating. They will be doing both physical and
logical data modeling along with implementation of the design and also
working with the clients to understand strategy and initiatives.



The candidate must develop specifications in data modeling, setting team
standards, data architecture, extraction/transform/loading. We are seeking
a highly motivated, experienced engineer with a background in open source,
big data solutions that excels in teams, is an excellent communicator, and
has an insatiable desire to help the customer. The ideal candidate will
have 7-10 years in development using SQL/Hive/Pig/MR, ETL, Java, Python and
PHP.



The role of this individual will be to design and develop solutions that
allow for the ingestion of data into a variety of different stores, and
then transform these extracts to various business units to solve their data
needs. This role will have an active hand in optimizing these data feeds
and working with very large petabyte data sets. The individual will utilize
Hive, Pig, MapReduce jobs, Query Tool and ETL tools to manage these data
solutions. Working with internal customers, they will help develop
successful proof-of-concepts, analytics and experimentation with the
business units, providing them technical solutions to solve their
particular business needs.
