I heard wind can generate static charges on my antenna that can damage my radio. I haven't grounded my station yet. Is this a big concern or is it minor? Also, are there precautions to help prevent this before I get my station grounded? Thank You -Alexander Park

I think the fatal error is caused by the split setting not being set. The rig control error is probably caused by wrong settings or bad cable/connections. Make sure to check the data and stop bits on the radio, in the device manager on the computer, and in WSJT. Hope you can get it going soon
