Cardamom Coffee Cakes
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 each egg yolks
Topping:
6 tablespoons sugar
1 package cake yeast
6 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cardamom
2 tablespoons milk
Scald milk and cool to lukewarm. Crumble yeast into
bowl, add 1 Tsp sugar

3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1/2 cup evaporated milk (I used less.)
1. Mix cocoa and sugar.
2. Cream margarine and vanilla.
3. Add part of sugar mixtu
