Care2x is still rated highly among HMIS . I believe the project is very much alive in some regions. The ones that feel the project is dead is because support for their localized versions is very little. One of the challenges I see is that the localized versions differ too much from the mainline

Hi Moye, I agree about bringing all the versions together and this is something I have written about before. However as I have said in my reply to Robert one of the biggest problems is that most if not all care2x versions are approaching end of life as they simply don't function properly with PHP

I think this is the first decision that needs making. 2.7 is the latest functioning code from sourceforge. 2.8 is a version that Robert/Gjergj worked on, but as I understand it is incomplete and needs some work to make functional (mainly I think on the new menu system but they can explain better
