All, This place can be a potential model for Montezuma. http://www.fws.gov/refuge/nisqually/ It is much larger but it is only for pedestrians and birds are close to the boardwalk and also far away. Wouldn't those birds who are more skittish stay farther away from the pedestrians? ~Barbara
