a few Soft Phones connected from your PC.
I put an access-list on HQ router:
access-list 101 deny tcp host your_pc_ip any eq 2000!!This will block
the softphone from registering

I've assumed you wanted to use that command on HQ router!
otherwise, if you are putting this command on a particular BR1 or BR2
router, then the result is same as shutting down an interface.
Your Soft Phone/IP Phone that you have at home still has access to CCM as it
does not really pass through
