Do the ports register as seen in CallManager and does it work? Someone else
pointed out that port test also fails and I also get errors (not your errors
though I think) but it works. VMWare thing I guess.

So your port group Device Name Prefix should be (for example) CiscoUM1-VI
Under PORTS, your Port Name will be CiscoUM1-VI-001 the next one 002, etc. ON
the same page, the SCCP (Skinny) Device Name should be CiscoUM1-VI1, 2, etc.
It's a little confusing at first with the -001, 002. etc
On CCM,
7.0.1.21007-1, but I don't think that's your issue.
Try my previous post and see if that clears it up for you.

Obtain a legitimate MCS OS 2003.x.x and type the MS Product key that is located
on the top corner of the CD sleeve. If you don't have access to a legitimate
MCS OS CD, ask your local Cisco SE or account manager, partner representative,
etc. If you don't have a local Cisco resource, then
I've heard of that with virtual-templates. Did you have to do both sides of
the connection?

You are correct. Associate the ICD extensions to the rmjtapi user. If you
login with a CAD application and forget to do that, it will tell you exactly
what to do. The IP phone agent has no means to tell you that. What workbook?
It should clearly tell you this is needed in the Cisco IPCC
We’re been ignoring this SPAM. That’s all it is.

I only bounced HQ serial interface and it came good! Took me ages to figure
this out
There's specific syntaxes on the play prompt, menu, etc. steps that can play
media to the caller. You can specify another directory. Learn the difference
between Prompt type variable and how to use it P[], system prompt type syntax
SP[] and regular string type variable where you put the
unlikely Cisco will do an upgrade after your test, but
maybe they are looking for your custom prompt in the correct user directory.
